Servers were awesome. Witnessed acts of kindness to elderly patrons. Mix of clientele:families, students, regulars and those in-between. Food was great and portions were generous. Beer : you get a real pint. It's a great atmosphere. Would recommend if you want a neighbourhood pub experience.
My brother and I were in Kingston and went to Portsmouth Tavern and had fish and chips and a beer, the food was awesome and atmosphere was great with great people who worked there, I highly recommend this place if you are in Kingston
Lovely old style tavern. We had a person with a wheelchair. They were great accommodating us. Staff was fabulous. It's looks shopworn but the atmosphere is genuine.
