“I just rescued a pup and just took him to get his nails cut. This is a big soft really tender dog.. so I thought maybe I'll take him for one of these things. I heard about a pop cup I never had. I've never even been to this Starbucks. I don't go to Starbucks. So I went through the drive-thru and asked for a pup cup and the lady had said normally you have to buy something and then we can get the pup cup on the side. And oh she sounded really nice and obviously I was being nice also and I said oh I wasn't planning on getting anything so I got some small cookie. And when I come up to the window the lady was so happy and so excited to give the pup cup. It was a big one I think.. and I stayed there and talked to her and let her watch my pup, eat the pup cup and be so happy and I think everyone was happy. And the young lady's name was Tess.. thank you Tess and Sheruff thanks you. please Starbucks.

“Was there this morning. Staff at Starbucks rarely disappoints and my visit was no exception. Everyone was friendly and cheerful, really efficient too. It’s nice to get a breakfast sandwich that’s different from your typical English muffin type from time to time.“
“Came in on a cold, rainy day and ordered a double cortado — wanted something strong and good to warm me up. There was a long line, both drive-thru and inside, but that didn’t bother me. This place usually moves fast.
Except this time, everyone around me was getting served… except me. I kept waiting and waiting until finally I went up and asked, “Where’s my cortado?” They told me they didn’t even have it on file. How is that possible? Then suddenly: “Oh, we’re just getting it now.”
So basically, my order only started after everyone else was already served. By then, I was running late — I had to be somewhere at 4 p.m. I ended up being late because I kept waiting for this coffee they messed up. Being late wasn’t even the worst part. I literally had no time, so when they finally handed me the cup, I just grabbed it and walked out.
And let me tell you… whatever that was, it was not a cortado. It tasted like burnt coffee — the worst coffee I’ve ever had. For over $10, plus tip, plus tax? Extremely disappointing. The staff were polite, but the attitude was basically “whatever.”

“I enjoy coming to this Starbucks during the off season when students have left campus (no offense) and the lines are minimal. Mitchell Hall staff are lucky to have this right outside our offices! The staff are wonderful and know me by name often memorizing my order. Thank you for tending to my caffeine and treat cravings!“
