Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews highlighting inconsistent service and quality. Positive experiences note staff who are amazing, fast, friendly, cheerful, on point, efficient, kind, and accommodating. Customers enjoy items like the breakfast sandwich that’s different from the typical English muffin type.
However, significant issues are reported. Service can be inconsistent, with a notable difference between this location and others. Problems include drinks like a trenta or a white chocolate macadamia cold brew being made poorly, with lids not put on properly or drinks not tasting correct. Food issues involve pancakes and a waffle, with instances of receiving pancakes that had dust bunnies in the bag or what appeared to be spinach baked into them. There are also complaints about over charges on accounts where points and payment were taken and not replaced. A major concern is the lack of accountability when issues are raised, with problems never properly addressed. The location has also had historic issues like randomly closing because staff didn’t show up.
A common criticism, separate from this specific location, is the high prices for items like a cup of flavored water or a small piece of a waffle, which many find ridiculous.
