“Honestly, if I could give ten out of five for the service I would. I placed an order with the app on Sunday Jan 7th and picked up my order at the counter. There was a substitution to my order for my nephew. One of your staff members took the time to check if there were any more of the kind of doughnut he wanted, there unfortunately wasn’t so they made one special for him by taking a honey dipped doughnut and putting chocolate frosting on it.I know this doesn’t sound like much lol, but my sister (his mother) has been admitted to KGH for over a month and we were coming back from visiting his mom, and this act of kindness had to make him feel better.I frequent this location regularly and never think to leave a review, simply because it runs so well, I can say I have never once had an issue at this location.Thank you again to the team member who helped me yesterday, I sincerely hope this makes its way to you!“
“I used the drive through this morning and asked for a Roasted Hazelnut Latte. The young lady serving me was confused by my request and indicated there was no button for that but she would have them put hazelnut syrup in my coffee. I became a little short with her and for that I wish to apologize. I would ask you share my apology to her. It was not her fault the system had been changed and the latte removed from the menu. She did her best to accommodate me and my response should have been thank you and not a curt response as I did. I respect your employees and will be more thoughtful next time round.“

“Really pleased with night shift person inder. He was fast, managing all 3 stations as drive through, front and cleaning all alone. Also he did not missed to greet us and serve us with a smile even while he was running from one station to other. Really pleased with service level and quality of food. Will visit again.!!“

“Decided to stop in and try some treats, as a change from the large chains I’ve been accustomed to eating at. Was beyond pleasantly surprised! We had two doughnuts. Both were incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious!! They reminded me of what doughnuts used to taste like, from actual bakeries, in the 80s. Baked in-house, with plenty of classic flavours to choose from. I also had a cherry strudel and my partner, a butter tart. Both were fantastic. Highly recommend this place’s desserts. It made me wonder why I’ve been loyal to TH when this product is far superior.“
