“I finally made it out to Heidi Ho Donuts (we live two blocks away, no excuses). I will be back on a weekly basis. I bought half a dozen donuts, and they were each light, delicate, not a heavy hand w/ the sugar which I love, and the flavors were so interesting. Highly recommend! Absolutely delicious.“

“We walked in during what appeared to be peak hour — somewhere between 8 and 9 AM — and placed our order for sandwiches and coffee. Our food came up fast; we heard it called out almost immediately. The drinks, however, never came. Two customers who walked in after us ordered, received everything, and left while we were still waiting.

When we flagged it down, staff apologized and remade our drinks on the spot — and then my wife noticed two drinks sitting quietly in the mobile order pickup area that turned out to be ours as well. They apologized again and sent us off with the extras.

There has been several occasions when the staff will bring me my order while I’m waiting in line so I can get on my way!! The coffee is always delightful especially during pumpkin season. A pet peeve, but also safety concern, seen employee at window handle cash and food with same gloves on and wear same gloves for multiple orders. Glad I didn't order food this time. “The only issue I have with this Dunkin is that the workers don’t even acknowledge a person when they come inside. A quick “hello we will be right with you” goes a long way! Being ignored by the Dunkin staff when I work in healthcare with people all day long is probably one of the most annoying ways to start my morning. Not to mention putting my walk in mobile order by the drive thru station and then ignoring me for 20 minutes….. DO BETTER AND BE BETTER TO THOSE YOU ARE SERVING.
