Long review: I have passed through this Tim Horton everyday during the week for the pass 6 or more months, I order cappuccinos, artisan buns toasted with butter, and more. Every time cappuccinos are perfect, and they never fail having artisan buns which I always have troubles finding in other stores. They accommodate with any changes on any item we had ordered. Employees are friendly and cordial at least the morning employees, such as Sule, Jay, and honestly every morning employee I find during the weekday are the best. Telling you, I will keep passing every morning, to get my cappuccino and sandwich because they don’t fail. Thank you for making the start of my day greatly.“

“Just had these at the Public Market during the food truck rodeo. Easily the best apple cider donut I’ve ever had. And I lived on an apple farm growing up that made these types of donuts fresh everyday lol. Would highly recommend getting them and eating them hot!“

I’m part of a nonprofit and I stopped in. They’re getting ready to close to get some donuts and I was telling them what they were for. They said you know we’re closing soon why don’t you take all these donuts cause we’re gonna throw them away anyway. It’s people like this that give me hope in them human race. I had such a great experience at this Dunkin’ location today, thanks to Bailey! She was incredibly pleasant, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. My daughter and I had a few questions about the drinks, especially the Refreshers, and which ones contained caffeine. Bailey took the time to explain everything to us with such a kind and patient demeanor.

When it came time to pick out our half-dozen donuts, my daughter and I were so indecisive that we couldn’t choose between two kinds! After putting together our box, Bailey went above and beyond and gave us an extra donut on the house. 🍩

It may seem like a small gesture, but it made our day! We gained one extra donut, but Dunkin’ gained a returning customer!

We will absolutely be back to this location whenever we’re craving coffee or donuts. Great customer service makes all the difference, and Bailey is a perfect example of that. She deserves recognition for making customers feel welcome and appreciated.

“Sam with the brown curly hair made the BEST caramel latte i've ever drank. As a coffee taste tester i've tried coffee from all over the world and I would travel across millions of miles for this coffee again. Her kind and cheering spirit lit the store up and she deserves all the praise I'm not playin. Sam for president or at least manager of this fine establishment. My brownie batter donut could wake me from a coma and I didn't just stop at a coffee but I also made a couple 5 loops around the drive through so I could snag some more delectables.
