“This quality and quaint restaurant is a true gem of delicious cuisine. My husband and I agree they have the very best hamburgers in Rochester, NY. The 100% angus beef is an extremely substantial and high quality patty. My choice of melted Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, tomato, lettuce on a fresh roll ….in the world of hamburgers it doesn’t get any better. The sides are limited because they are made fresh and always delicious. The weekly special meatloaf …another highlight, high quality and savory, melt in your mouth deliciousness. If we have any room we end the meal with an expertly made crème brûlée. This restaurant specializes in French cuisine and I have yet to find any restaurant that can top this rich and creamy desert. In addition to the quality of food the atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve entered a European cafe. Linen napkins, a very private outdoor patio with fresh herbs and music makes this restaurant a standout from the run of the mill fast, loud and fried food dining experience. The owner and staff are friendly and strict with quality, which is highly apparent in everything they do.”

“We stopped by for dinner and there was minimal wait time to be seated. The waitress was very attentive to us as soon as we were seated. I had the 12 oz Prime Rib which was cooked perfectly but the steak itself was not seasoned very well. We also got the tuna fish sandwich which was delicious and the kids Max and cheese was delicious. Our drinks were never empty and our stomachs were full. I highly recommend visiting as you will not be disappointed no matter the food you order.”

I’m 100% Italian and I’m very fussy and the lasagna and chicken French is one of the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant when I waited at the bar I talked to Nick the owner, he’s a wonderful wonderful man and I can’t wait to go back there and eat again.”

“I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve had garbage plates from Dogtown & Nick’s (the OG). I got a half-plate, which was still a huge portion weighing probably four pounds, with mac’n’homefries and cheeseburger topped with the cinnamon (mild but tasty) meat sauce and “a little bit” of onions, mustard, and ketchup. This was BY FAR the most delicious garbage plate I’ve ever had. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back here. And it’s less than a 10-minute, quick’n’easy drive from Rochester General Hospital (so skip the Wolfgang Puck despite the convenience). I will add that the young woman who took my order was kind and friendly. The meal “to-go” was ready in less than 4 minutes. And the food was delicious, not at all greasy—literally PERFECT”

“I'm not sure I agree with the claim that it is the best sushi in Rochester, but I will say that I think it's among the best sushi VALUES in this area. Overall the food was very good. We ordered a Bento Box A, edamame, two rolls and an order of dumplings. The Bento Box A was simply a massive amount of food. It could easily be split between two people. The salad and soup are standard fare and reasonably forgettable, but definitely not poor quality. The five pieces of sushi and the California roll were fresh, well made and tasted great. The dumplings were delicious. We set aside the teriyaki chicken as a snack to have another day because there was simply too much food to have at one sitting, and the vegetable and shrimp tempura were very very good. We got our food to go but went in to get it. The interior feels a little rundown, but appeared to be clean and was comfortable. I would definitely order food from them again.”

“Beyond impressed! This pizza was the only pizza my family would order when I was a kid. We moved to Florida and over the years people have started away from them and we were always disappointed. We tried it twice and we're so impressed I had to review! Wings are cooked to perfection and the pizza is on point! ESPECIALLY the GLUTEN FREE!!! It actually looks, feels and chews like a pizza, not just a glorified tortilla. We will always order from Marks when we come to visit!

“Been a regular here since we moved to the neighborhood five years ago. We order once every other month or so. We've never had any issues. It's not the best Chinese in the city, but it's affordable and honest. Everything is fresh and delicious.

This is not a place to sit down and have a nice dinner out. It's a great place to grab dinner on a Wednesday.”

“The Filling Station menu has more options than any other restaurant in Webster - not even close. All dishes are prepared fresh so food might take a little longer than you’re used to but I’m fine with that and plan for it. The owners and workers are very friendly and always spend a minute to talk to customers. Funny how some people are annoying by the workers spending two minutes taking with customers and think that’s why it takes so long to receive freshly-prepared food. This is my wife’s and my favorite restaurant in Webster.”

“Came to grab some food because a friend was running late to a job. Needed a place to grab a quick bite and use the bathroom.

Arrived on site around 5:15pm. One of the two double doors was locked. No sign. Made me feel silly. Maybe one table taken. Was greeted politely by a young man moping the floor. Walked back to bathroom. Bathroom was clean overall. Soap dispenser is mounted at eye level. Weird. It’s a palm push dispenser, it’s meant to be at sink level. Also not mounted to the wall properly. Sink handle was visibly dirty. Paper towel dispenser did not work and was not stocked.

Ran up to the counter, still only myself and one table in the whole facility. Everyone appeared to be working diligently. Austin took my order quick and smooth. I grabbed soda from the machine, some napkins and ketchup from the counter and sat down till my food was ready. Table I picked was clean. I did notice that the music was pretty loud, almost too loud to have a genuine conversation if I were to come with someone. While waiting for my order business picked up. Around 6-7 people were also waiting for food. Staff was handling it well. Grabbed my food and sat back down. Burger was cooked perfectly, fries were good, the right amount of salt. I finished my food and left.

The only gripe I have truly about a place like this, after not eating out for maybe a year is. $24 for a burger fry’s and a drink? Then you have the audacity to have the card reader ask me to tip? Tip for what? The service I was already paying for? Maybe I’m out of touch but I can see why a lot of food establishments are dying.”

I walked into his location with a 4 hour window to order pizza for a family that lost a loved one suddenly. Jerry was empathetic and patient. The pizza and wings were fabulous and they earned several fans for sure well done”
