“Yes , I know 5 ⭐️ review in this location ? Let me explain. First of all I would like to thank Hillary for making this experience so good from the start.This is a well earned review for sure. I have avoided this location for a while due to simply never having a good overall experience. Either the food is bad(fries too greasy from the oil not being changed, wrong food, no sauces , no napkins , onions when we order no onions) , or the staff is simply rude or ignore us at counter or make us feel rushed when ordering. But today I was greeted by a very friendly voice that was cheerful and welcoming. I didn’t feel rushed and was able to get my food in under 3 minutes as well. In my experience with this location , the attitude and work ethic of Hillary is unmatched. For 10 years I have dreaded going here for my kids , but today the staff at empire may have turned it all around for me. The food was actually perfect and hot. No onions like o asked for all a nice guy at the window. It was ALL GOOD TODAY EVERYONE ! Thanks Again!“
“It's a mcdonalds.The staff is nice, unlike Monroe. Never have an issue, but I only get like a drink and fries.No smoking signs outside knocked atmosphere down a star bc of my personal preference.It's my review, let us smoke outside lol jp“
