McDonald's in Cobourg

“Came for a night-time drive-thru. Ordered 3 junior chickens and a McDouble. Food was made sloppy though. Junior chickens were assembled sloppily. The McDouble had no ketchup….that’s like the first step in the assembly line once the buns are toasted — sauces. How do you forget to shoot out the ketchup??Anyway, good experience otherwise.“

“DANTE, you are an angel! Your customer service is exceptional, and I feel like that is really rare these days!

-I went to the drive through this eve and ordered 2 happy meals and requested 2 mario books. I was told there was only 1 mario book left. Dante was getting in his car and overheard my disappointment and confusion at the drive through menu because I had said I called earlier and the employee on the phone said they had quite alot of the books left. Dante asked if he could help me out with something, he said he works there, I explained the situation to him, and even though he was off shift, he went in to look around for the book for my child. He didnt find a 2nd one, but he phoned his manager to ask if they'd be getting anymore, (and i could leave my number for when they come in) when he was told no, he called port hope to ask if they have some which they did!!! I managed to get both of my happy meals with books- one from cobourg and one from Port hope. This was the last piece of the Mario collection my children were BEGGING for and THANK YOU to Dante for making that happen for my children. He was so determined to help me and my children. He could have easily just got in his car after his shift, ignored what he heard, told himself its not his problem and hes off shift BUT he didn't. he went out of his way to make sure I had happy children. Dante, you deserve all the best things in the world and I hope they come your way.🥰“
