“I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve had garbage plates from Dogtown & Nick’s (the OG). I got a half-plate, which was still a huge portion weighing probably four pounds, with mac’n’homefries and cheeseburger topped with the cinnamon (mild but tasty) meat sauce and “a little bit” of onions, mustard, and ketchup. This was BY FAR the most delicious garbage plate I’ve ever had. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back here. And it’s less than a 10-minute, quick’n’easy drive from Rochester General Hospital (so skip the Wolfgang Puck despite the convenience). I will add that the young woman who took my order was kind and friendly. The meal “to-go” was ready in less than 4 minutes. And the food was delicious, not at all greasy—literally PERFECT“

“I was waiting in line to order, and the kid took the order ahead of me and then walked away from the register and started doing other things while the place was crawling with people trying to order. Who does that? Food is always good, that's why we come back. Definitely not the service.“

“A "neighborhood bar and grill" with much better food, drinks, and service. I've been there over a hundred times and love the consistency in the experience. The dining room is separate from the bar area if you want a quieter environment, but there are also tables in the bar area and outside. It's also great for take-out - the online ordering is a little flaky (hint: check out as guest and don't try to make an account) but you can always call your order in as well.

“Classic Five Guys - Just say "Cheeseburger all the way" add fresh Jalepenos. 😉 And a little Cajun fry to go with the peanut butter banana shake with whip cream on top. If you had the burgers too much the grilled cheese add can and tomato with mayo lettuce and pepper is da boom. Grilled veggies if you really want to live.
Or the alll beef hot dog that's bigger than your belly when you add a Chicago dawg salad on top.

“Seem better than other AppleBee I’ve been to. My family cane here on Sunday around 4:40pm. There are plenty parking spots. The restaurant was about half full. We didn’t have to wait to be seated. The menu is the same as other locations. They had deals 50cent wings which was nice. It took about 15 minutes for our food to be ready. I added celery for my wings and I got only 3 tiny sticks sadly. The table also was not stable, one side have to lean on to keep it not moving. Staffs are friendly and the restaurant manager was very helpful with our situation.“

“Amazing service. I was angry about something that happened (not at your establishment) and I knew I was 10x angrier because I was hungry. I was across the road and decided to go get something to eat at Dairy Queen. The food was surprisingly hot but the main reason for the review is because of the amazing customer service. I went to pay and (sorry for assuming someone gender) the girl working on the window (dark hair supper friendly) told me about a deal. How I ordered my food I guess there was a meal deal and it saved me a few dollars and I got a free drink with the deal. I just asked for a water and she gave me a water bottle and told me if you don’t drink it it’s nice to have in the car. The whole interaction was very genuine. She went above and beyond and it made me happy. She has phenomenal customer interactions. Sorry I didn’t get your name but thanks for going out of your way for just a customer.“
