“Went there a few weeks ago and they forgot to include our chips. I wrote to them and the next time I went back the manager specifically came to me, remembered my name, and apologized and totally made it up to me.Hope he gets credit for his small yet thoughtful gesture! “Still that classic, dependable Pizza Hut® flavored pizza dough, which is saying something for all of us who appreciate the comfort of having Pizza Hut nearby when we want it. Beware of specialty dishes like their oven-baked Chicken Alfredo with Ziti. Make sure it is actually cooked fresh, otherwise it will be devoid of any real flavor. The Pizza Hut® app is also a virtue. It runs well and adds real-time convenience. Employees seemed happy, and were attentive the minute I arrived for pick-up.The atmosphere has been decimated by a relocation from the classic, warm aesthetic of the actual "Hut" styled stand-alone restaurant design to a cold, antiseptic, steel-tile, glassed-in table and-chair space at the end of a strip plaza (BAYTOWNE).“
“I ordered a nacho chicken sandwich and a peppermint frosty. All of the food came up fast and was delicious.There was a man with a young boy (3 or 4 years old) in front of me, and they didn't have the sauce that the boy wanted with his nuggets. What blew me away is that the lady taking orders pulled the little boy aside and showed him the sauces they had, which is the single best showing of customer service I have ever seen at a Wendy's.“
“I usually just settle for McDonald's, but today, being right by DQ I decided to go there. I'm glad I did! The double cheeseburger was amazing with 2 different types of cheese, the fries are thicker cut than McDonald's fries & you get a bigger "large" order than McDonald's. Every time I go to McDonald's & order a "large" fry, it's always half full. What gives? Potatoes aren't expensive. The cola soft drink I had wasn't as sweet as McDonald's either. And to top it all off, it was less expensive than McDonald's! DQ is further away from me than McDonald's. But I'm happy to pass it by on my way to DQ again! One more note to add, the drive thru at DQ is better designed Thanks at the McDonald's I was going to. It doesn't block parking spots!
