I wrote to them and the next time I went back the manager specifically came to me, remembered my name, and apologized and totally made it up to me.Hope he gets credit for his small yet thoughtful gesture! “This is a good subway. They make good subs at this shop and have everything ready to assemble the sub. I have been to other shops that have been out of meatballs and tuna more than once but not at this store. They have fresh looking meats cheeses and veggies all the time. The staff is friendly, fast and they keep the area clean where the food is as well as inside the shop.“
“My sister in law and I love this particular Subway! All the employees made us feel at home! The two visits we had this week were fantastic! They were so attentive to our needs! It was a happy ambience that welcomed us as soon as we walked in!All the sandwiches were prepared according to our indications! While eating in the restaurant, other customers walked in and we observed the same "happy to serve" attitude with these customers too.We are definitely going back to this Subway on Hard Rd. though there's one closer to us.“
“Today was my first time visiting the new Jersey Mike’s establishment on Monroe Ave in Rochester NY. At the time we had arrived,there were only three employees behind the counter with a full line and lots of online orders coming in…however, the staff handled every customer with EXCEPTIONAL service as quickly as possible—while working together with such patience! and not to mention…the food was amazingly fresh, and delicious. “Outstanding customer service at this location. Mgrs Chad and Tom helped meet my needs in an emergency when friends were displaced by fire and sent to a nearby hotel. They did everything needed to accommodate on short notice and help me get a meal of subs to the displaced family of 6. Chad even included a personal note wishing them well in getting through this difficult time. We were all super impressed and the family in need felt cared for. “Ok so if I could eat at this restaurant every day I would ! I have lunches catered though them a few times a month & let me tell you the raving that goes on at the office every time they cater! I have used this restaurant before and during Covid and now and their quality never dropped! They are always on time if not early their food is delicious!! The owner is so kind and caring. I love this place its my go to not only for work but also home. I had them cater my daughter’s birthday party, my friends shower and work events !! Honestly probably the best place in town do your self a favor and try them“
“Excellent hidden gem within the Eastman museum complex. We didn't plan to have lunch while we visited the museum but after reading the eclectic menu for this restaurant we couldn't resist trying it and we weren't disappointed. Had a chicken sandwich that was a daily special along with their house chips and a pickled egg. All of the food was outstanding and full of flavor. Also had a stuffed cookie which was delicious. Highly recommend this hidden gem.“
“DiBella's is consistently fast, fresh, and interesting to eat. There runs a risk with subs, that the flavors are boring, or the sub is dry, or the company goes for the easy layup and saves money scrimping on say, pickles. DiBella's does none of these things - a 10 inch sub feels like more than I SHOULD eat in one sitting, and often makes two meals (except when I just keep eating, because it tastes good). Nice decor and friendly staff too, makes this my go to for subs.“
“Late night nirvana. The chicken finger sub was great. Thin chicken fingers bathed in buffalo sauce and stacked high on an amazing roll. Exactly what you want, exactly when you need it. Definitely coming back to try the plate, and probably everything else. I can't believe we almost went to pontillos. *shudder*“
