“Irondequoit location) my first time ever at Jersey Mike's not only the food was better than I expected but the Staffing they had there was unbelievably friendly and welcoming, definitely will go there again“

“I tried to email this to the general manager but it kicked back. So copy and paste:

Hi there,
I took your card from the counter of the Penfield Jersey Mike's. My husband and I went there to get subs for dinner. The minute we walked in Jackson greeted us, engaged in friendly conversation and proceeded to take our orders. He was very thorough and helpful to those he worked with also. He was leadin' the store via his customers and leadin' his staff. It is rare to see that expressed so confidently and naturally it seems these days.

Jackson talked about his appreciation for Jersey Mike's subs, literally made our subs with care, when others came into the store he not only properly finished takin' care of us but multi tasked and greeted them as they also entered the store. Food was fresh, the store was clean, the staff and especially Jackson were fantastic.

I'd hire and do whatever I could to keep all the Jackson possible in the workforce.

I told him I was gonna leave a review because I hoped he would always have the work ethic and values that he displayed yesterday.

Please properly acknowledge Jackson. You have somethin' hard to find blessin' your store!

Have a fantastic rest of your week.

Linda, one happy thankful customer.“

“This place makes the #1 best subs hands down! Awesome bread, meat of choice is loaded, and plenty of dressings to choose from. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. Ya gotta try it! 💜“

“Lance and Becky are a great team at my local sub shop. Lance puts the sub together quick and Becky is kind and respectful. I haven’t seen a cashier counter “serve” me by offering suggestions to enhance my meal. Great job! I’ll be back.“

“I like no complaints.“

“Extraordinary service ? Ana was Extraordinary! I will definitely return to this Subway location. She provided exceptional care and service that I have received at and "restaurant " in Rochester NY since I moved to Rochester three years ago!

Kid-friendliness: We were three adults and four children. Ana was the only person working at that Subway at 1PM on Sunday afternoon. She is pleasant, efficient, and ensured we were served quality food and enjoyed our visit. We were blessed to have met Ana!“
