“To put it as simple as possible, this is a GREAT place to go for a sub. The ingredient choices \ breads are fresh and the employees are outgoing, friendly and professional and they keep the establishment clean and inviting to diners. The down side is their topping selection seems to be limited at times which can be a real bummer when you want sweet peppers or something and discover they don't offer it as an option despite it's popularity and availability in other franchise locations , and I quote: "at this time" . It's not a huge thing... It just irks me when each time I visit, regularly expected staple Subway toppings aren't there ( and no, there isn't a link to recalls in produce or seasonal availability, I've checked... This was my first thought too - But the mystery of the missing toppings continues to elude solving)“

“Sunday January 14th 2024. There is a severe winter storm hitting Batavia, NY. High winds and heavy snow... It's basically a blizzard. Everything is shut down in the city and Jersey Mike's was open. We were hard up to find food and there they were. The employees could have been absolutely miserable since they had to be there in such miserable conditions. They weren't! What a great staff they have working at this location! Keep up the great work, attitude and customer service! Rock on! ?“
