“I've been dining in at this location twice a month for 2 years. I've never had a problem with anything. Good food. Clean. Nice people. I'm writing this review to give a shout out to Kyleigh. She was incredibly attentive. She was at the register, helping everyone that walked up with a smile on her face. When customers didn't need help, she was all over the lobby; checking the trash, cleaning the dine in tables and checking the napkins/straws/etc. I was very impressed. A+“

“This place is a great place to eat! The staff is great, it's nice and clean. Tacos are yummy! I've been coming here for years, and one thing I can say is they've never messed up my special orders! McDonald's does everytime I go there.“

“I wanted to take a moment to leave some positive feedback for Caden at KFC. He took our order through the drive-thru/intercom today, and the level of patience, professionalism, and kindness he showed was honestly impressive.
We had quite a few questions about the menu, and not once did he sound annoyed, rushed, or impatient. Instead, he listened carefully to every single question and answered everything with such a pleasant and welcoming tone. That’s something you rarely experience anymore.
At many other places around town, the moment you ask more than one or two questions, you can immediately hear the frustration in people’s voices. But Caden was completely different. He made us feel comfortable, valued, and appreciated as customers.
Great customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Caden truly stood out today, and because of the way he treated us, I felt it was important to leave this review. KFC is lucky to have someone like him representing their business.“

“I enjoy the subs here at Jersey Mike’s. The sub is consistent with plenty of taste and plenty of options. My usual is the Chicken Philly. Will, who I think is the General Manager, is fantastic. Always friendly, has memorized my Chicken Philly and calls me by name when I come in. I love that he has made the effort to know his customers. If you’re in the area stop in and grab a sub!“

“The folks giving this Taco Bell branch poor reviews are really out of pocket. I’ve been to dozens and dozens of Taco Bell’s all over the country. I know what a bad Taco Bell looks like. I’ve eaten at them. You can tell.

This is not one of those Taco Bell’s. Food here is always extremely well made and generally very fast, and it’s very noticeable if you’ve ever been to a subpar Taco Bell. The workers here do a great job, even when it’s insanely busy. Is it perfect? No. But far and away the best Taco Bell experience in the greater Rochester area. I will be giving this franchise as much of my business as I can in the future.“

“The first thing that sticks out to me is how clean and organized the store is. Good choice of flavors from hard ice cream to soft. Customer service was excellent from girl s working counter. Picnic tables and kids swing set add a nice touch. Overall area was spotless. Easy in and out with plenty of parking.“

Hi there,
I took your card from the counter of the Penfield Jersey Mike's. My husband and I went there to get subs for dinner. The minute we walked in Jackson greeted us, engaged in friendly conversation and proceeded to take our orders. He was very thorough and helpful to those he worked with also. He was leadin' the store via his customers and leadin' his staff. It is rare to see that expressed so confidently and naturally it seems these days.

Jackson talked about his appreciation for Jersey Mike's subs, literally made our subs with care, when others came into the store he not only properly finished takin' care of us but multi tasked and greeted them as they also entered the store. Food was fresh, the store was clean, the staff and especially Jackson were fantastic.

I'd hire and do whatever I could to keep all the Jackson possible in the workforce.

I told him I was gonna leave a review because I hoped he would always have the work ethic and values that he displayed yesterday.

Please properly acknowledge Jackson. You have somethin' hard to find blessin' your store!

“For the most part this is a McDonalds so sometimes you /have/ to expect the worst with these places with the rate of pay people get. But overall every time I've come here to Victor my order has never been wrong and staff have always been polite and quick during Breakfast and Lunch Hours. Id say this is one of the better MCDonalds. Its usualy clean and quiet depending on the day and hour. Obviously if they are short staffed and its a busy day expect some mishaps.“

“Maybe I just hit this place at the perfect time. Regardless, the food was perfectly cooked, prepared, and served. Fresh fries, nuggets, burgers, and the McChicken was perfection. Needless to say, I'd be getting McDonald's more often if it was prepared like this every time.

10/10 would stop here again while passing through.“

“Got pretzel nuggets a lemonade and a cream cheese which we're all fine I would even say good although the lemonade is way overpriced. Cut your costs of syrup and the price in half and watch sales sore. Also they need to do something to quicken the process I stood on for half an hour. Have one person take the order and the other person take the money I don't know something like that This isn't rocket science.“
