Went to burger king in Victor mall Saturday. I orders chicken nuggets for me and my kids, when I tell you these were the freshest nuggets I could get and the service I received was surprisingly great! Ik alot of teens don't tend to take there first jobs serious but I was once a teen in need of a job so I can understand. I ordered with the Burger King App and was instructed to pick up my order at the pickup window. After waiting for 15 minutes and there was no longer a line at the order window, I inquired about my order. I was told, "you need to check in if you have an app order." Got it. However, you should have a sign somewhere that indicates this, or the app should instruct you to "check in." The service at this location is over the top. Terrance and his crew are great. My grandkids ask to go there, because of the attention he provides them. He always gets the order straight, no pickles on one extra ketchup on another etc etc… Great Service…
