I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown on the way out to Victor (where I work). When I got out there, the gentleman working the drive through told me he wasn't able to locate my order and the system told him it has been moved to a different store for whatever reason. The mcdonald’s by me in victor says they have a broken oven. It’s been like this for 3 months. I went to another one in rochester and the ice machine was broken. Mcdonald’s is slowly going down hill, also the people we talked to gave us attitude and took 20 minutes just for a single cookie and sprite.

This is a good McDonald's. Service is never bad when I stop here. It's clean. It is between two locations of my job, so I'll stop every now then when I switch between them. PLUS, this one has the Daily Double and not all locations have it.
