To start this review off I would like to say I have never ONCE had a bad experience!! Love Stabucks season peppermint mocha. This has to be one of the slowest Starbucks stores.I’m placed an order on the app and didn’t show up for 10 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes for my coffee. It was my first pumpkin spice of the season which was delicious. 20 minutes for a pumpkin spice cold brew. The wait time said it would have been ready far before it actually was.
