When I go to Panera I always get the same thing. Mac and cheese in the bread bowl with the BBQ sandwich and a baguette. It's a lot of carbs but it is absolutely amazing everytime. The location is nice, the staff is okay. Overall I would highly recommend for a nice lunch or dinner in a cozy spot.
I ran into the Victor store. I had had a mix up with my previous drive-thru order. Kathleen was fantastic. She adjusted the credit needed and even provided a future coupon. She was very apologetic and her customer service was a 10+. She's doing an amazing job keeping the cafe running. Thank you for providing a delicious lunch, had the new carnitas bowl it was fantastic!, and outstanding customer service!!
The staff always goes above and beyond too make sure your always satisfied with your meal, I cannot thank the girl behind the counter that gave me a free cookies because they were all out of Mac and cheese. I think the girls name was Kayla, she definitely deserves a raise! She was hustling that night!

However, there have been instances where orders are missing items, but the staff is quick to correct mistakes. The atmosphere can be impacted by some experiences, such as loud management interactions, which can be uncomfortable for customers. While tables may feel sticky and cramped, the staff remains pleasant. The signature hot chocolate may not appeal to everyone, but the chicken and pepperoni mozzarella sandwich with shredded chicken is a tasty choice worth trying. Overall, the restaurant offers a fair experience for middle-class America, with quick service and friendly employees, like Jenna, who enhances the customer experience with her helpfulness.
