“Believe the hype! We went to the Penfield location specifically to try the Cuban menu. The restaurant was sparkling clean and the service was excellent. Four of us ordered different Cuban dishes, while my two youngest ordered off the kids menu. The portions were huge - even the fresh fruit side dishes for the kids! Everything was delicious. The whole time, our table was just a chorus of "Mmm!" while reaching over and trying food off of each other's plates. We will definitely be back!“

My wife and I absolutely love this place! The food was fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere is such a vibe, especially if you’re a Friends fan. The theme and décor are creative, nostalgic, and just make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in.
The new owner, Steve, was incredibly welcoming and hands-on, and Abby the barista was friendly, upbeat, and made an awesome drink. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience.
Between the great food, cozy environment, and their rewards program (which is a huge bonus), we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend stopping in!

“Good sandwiches but small in size. Delicious food but a little bit pricey. Overall, a fair place for middle class America. Many don't realize that Panera comes from Paneer, which means cheese in Persian. The restaurant is essentially called cheese and bread. The roots of European languages lies in Central Asian Persian.
Anyway, my daughter is a fan favorite of Panera.“

“Absolutely loved my visit to Working Class Coffee! The breakfast sandwich, seasoned potatoes, and coffee were all delicious — perfectly cooked and flavorful. The service was wonderful too. Derek and the barista were both kind and welcoming, and I really enjoyed chatting with Derek’s dad. I’ll definitely be back!“

“AMAZING love this place. I've been coming here since I was little with my grandma and just came today with my grandpa and mom and we had the BEST SOUP I've ever had. My mom loved her tuna melt and my grandpa and I loved our soups. Highly recommend and of course their Gelato is great.“

“Have debated going for months, the price adds up quickly for multiple people (myself and 3 kids) but finally decided to try it today. Such a cozy little place. Amazing selection of food and drinks, everything is customizable, very friendly employees, quality is absolutely worth the cost. Will definitely be back, probably frequently because I need to try alllll of the things 😁“

“Went to Rays for breakfast which was very good. Got the bill and there is charge for toast. Since when do you get charged for toast with eggs. The waitress should tell her customer that there is a extra charge for toast.“

“On Valentine’s Day I ordered 2 pastry rings from the Fairport store. When I got there there was only one! Jay, I presume the store manager, solved my problem in a way that was way beyond acceptable! He is genuinely kind and considerate! Hats off to him! This will not be forgotten!♥️“

“I’ve become quite the regular and there’s no shame in that. I’ve seen many different cat cafes and this one is by far the cleanest and most cared for. Can’t recommend it enough.“
