Delicious home cooked food, best coffee in the area and owners on the premises that are second to none. Collier's is the type of place that Guy Fieri would visit and keep coming back for more.
Very clean and sweet home feel environment. Almost took my shoes off on my way in lol but yea the food is very fresh and flavorful with a good variety of choices for sandwiches. Coffee and tea on another level. Will definitely be back for another experience
Got the bagel with lox - everything was fresh and tasty. Good coffee drinks. Only downside is that during our visit, it was very noisy with many screaming children.

The team is incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful suggestions. Coffee is delicious, and the food is 10/10. Specific meals like the sourdough avocado toast, strawberry ricotta toast, and breakfast burrito special are highly recommended. The BEC is also described as the best ever. Collier's Cafe makes their own homemade syrups that pair perfectly with their coffee. The owners, staff, and chef are kind people, always willing to go above and beyond. Prices are appropriate, and the food is pretty good, offering a welcome change among indie cafes. This cafe is a place where little details are remembered, making days feel extra special.
