You shouldn't go to a coffee shop expecting the experience of a full service restaurant. And as for seating, there are three separate rooms and one of them is huge and spacious, and supplied with plenty of condiments and tableware.“
“I have not had any of their food, although it all looks very good! I've seen a few different people working but it is definitely a small operation so you start to recognize faces quickly and get great small town service. I'm a big coffee drinker and have to say this is some of the best coffee around. I also try their flavored coffee occasionally and it's some of the best flavored coffee I've ever had.Being a short walk from the canal, it's a nice place to grab a morning coffee to enjoy by the water.“
“OMG! Good. Friendly wait staff. Seemed to be a local favorite. They KNEW everyone. The food was SO good. We got the Southern and are still talking about how goos it was. Homey, and lots of comfortable spaces to sit and to gather. We expect to be back, again and again.“
“Best sandwiches and cheese Danish I may have ever had. And I've had my share in NYC for 10 years. Maybe it's just been that long I babe remember, but these were killer. Ciabatta was so airy and light and buttery, filling was juicy and flavorful. Danish was lightly crispy on the outside layer and soft and warm on the inside, super fluffy, and huge! Sugared top. I had a coconut hazelnut latte that was delicious and my son had a fantastic mint milkshake. Wish we didn't live 1.5hrs away.“
“I cannot say enough good things about the Red Bird CaféI recently hosted a small tea party themed baby shower for a friend, and Jo and her team went above and beyond to make everything so special.Not only is the café adorable and the perfect setting for lunch or a small event, but the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. All of the guests were so impressed by everything.Jo was so accommodating to some of our guests dietary restrictions and even made them their own special desert.
