“I left a five star review because I didn't want to leave no stars. We tried to go here, but the directions and signage were almost non-existent. And when we finally found the entrance (tiny sign) ...it looked unwelcoming. There was another sign on the door about no public..no soliciting..guests only. When we braved going in we were met by two residents that looked mad we found the place and didn't help us navigate the interior of this retirement home to find the restaurant. We gave up.“

“Absolutely LOVE kaitlyn! She is so kind and welcoming! She is by far the most attentive and reliable bartender/server ive had during my many trips to Ridge Runner! The regulars love her and she makes the place light up all around every time I come in. The food is always exceptional Especially the spinach and artichoke dip. Drinks are fair in price and always go down smooth. Definitely one of my favorite places to go on date night or bring a few friends to listen to the bands on Saturday. I plan on coming to dine and see Kaitlyn on my anniversary coming up soon and hopefully catch the band.“

“This was the best breakfast I've had in a long time. Everything is homemade and tastes delicious. My hubby had the eggs, HF, breakfast sausage and big slabs of homemade rye bread. He was impressed. For me it was the dinner plate sized peach and blueberry pancake special with breakfast sausage. It was light, fluffy and I had to take half home! We'll be back.“

“We had the most awesome lunch! The Greek Panini and the Egg Salad sandwich was amazing!! The place was steady from when we walked in the door til now (3 PM). The only downfall was the Owner yelling at his employee out in the open. Extremely rude and the employee had been busting his aXX since we walked in. Definitely not a very nice thing to do if you want to keep your employees!“

“This place is in the middle of nowhere. We came from Florida and stopped for lunch and it was sooooo good. The garbage plate is amazing and enough for 2 people. The peanut butter pie is to die for! We will be back and spread the word.“

“Have been coming to custom house for almost two years now. Service is awesome and the friendliest people you will meet in Brockport. Atmosphere is equisetic and homey and filled with cute little knickknacks all around the restaurant. Food is super reasonable especially for college students that are looking for a night out in the town. I have ordered a variety of meals from here and not once have I ever been disappointed in the food or presentations. If you are located in Brockport or looking for a new place to try I would highly recommended Custom House for your next night out!.“

“Have ordered here many times but only ordered pizza so I can't speak on anything of the other food. But pizza have been spot on 99%of the time, one time it was kinda greazy and bland but that was only one time. Every other time it's been great, and as of right now this is my go to Pizzeria. Keep up the great work“
