Have been coming to custom house for almost two years now. Service is awesome and the friendliest people you will meet in Brockport. Atmosphere is equisetic and homey and filled with cute little knickknacks all around the restaurant. Food is super reasonable especially for college students that are looking for a night out in the town. Based on reviews, Custom House On The Canal is a great place to eat outside near the Erie Canal. The food is delicious, with the best general tso chicken in the area and a well-constructed Chicken Caesar wrap. Serving sizes are plentiful, and the French fries are crispy. The service is amazing, with friendly and attentive bartenders, servers, and staff. A fully cold BLT was handled with amazing service, including a replacement and a cocktail on the house. It is a great place to sit along the canal, especially in the summer, for a better dining experience.
