“Went there for the first time tonight, everything was excellent! I ordered the Filet and it was melt in your mouth delicious, I also had the crispy potatoes and they were yummy. My husband had the chicken prosciutto and he said that was very good but my steak was better. Service was great as well. Would highly recommend!.”

“This place is a hidden gem just northeast of Brockport on Ridge Road. They have a decent selection of beers and interesting cocktails. Their food menu is really nice. It features burgers but also has wings, salads, sandwiches and some dimner entrees. Once a week they have surf and turf at a very reasonable price. Staff is always perky and helpful. Pictured is my order of cajun dusted smoked wings, which were excellent!”

“first time getting food. ordered the Hawaiian pizza. the service was great and somehow the pizza was even better. Would say that it's easily the best pizza I've had in brockport. 10/10. would definitely recommend and will be my new go to for pizza for sure!”

“We came here on a Friday night, party of 8 (4 adults and 4 young kids) at 8pm. We were quickly seated and the server was a tad slow to come back but once she did everything picked up perfectly after that. We were served with complimentary chips and salsa to start. Do yourself a favor and get the queso and guacamole too. SO GOOD. The entrees came out pretty fast after that. I got the quesabirria tacos. Oh my god, so good!! That was my first time ever getting that. My 4 year old son was way hungrier than we thought and ordered a child's taco platter, then wanted another taco, finished that and wanted another one. The server was SO quick with getting his food and replenishing drinks. We had such a good time and everyone loved their food. We live in North Chili and I'm so glad we finally came here! 10/10 Will absolutely be back.”

Without a doubt, they are the best I’ve ever had—and they were a huge hit at my daughter’s wedding shower.

“I can't share enough wonderful things about The Red Bird Cafe & Gift Shop! My Mom and I attended afternoon tea back in January and were blown away by the delicious, traditional English tea - cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches, chicken salad on a croissant, currant scopes, and an incredible dessert tray with macaroons, tarts, cupcakes, and soft bread dipped cookies in chocolate. Not to mention, The Red Bird was warm, charming, and cozy. Jo, the owner, was so attentive and kind - I knew I had to have my Bridal Shower Tea Party here. A few weeks ago, The Red Bird hosted my Bridal Shower Tea Party and it was perfect! We set-up the Welcome sign, gifts, and games in the lovely shop, and then had a formal tea party in the tea room. Jo and her team were wonderful about letting us set-up and decorate however we wanted. They provided the food, tea, linens, China, silverware, and seasonal flowers. It was fun, delicious, and unique - I received so many compliments. I can't thank Jo enough for making my Bridal Shower a special memory, we will definitely be returning to The Red Bird in the future!”

I have been wanting to try the Mushroom Soup so today I got it to go. It is AMAZING! Absolutely Amazing! The staff is very attentive and kind. The owner is also friendly and a great guy! “Have been coming to custom house for almost two years now. Service is awesome and the friendliest people you will meet in Brockport. Atmosphere is equisetic and homey and filled with cute little knickknacks all around the restaurant. Food is super reasonable especially for college students that are looking for a night out in the town. I have ordered a variety of meals from here and not once have I ever been disappointed in the food or presentations. If you are located in Brockport or looking for a new place to try I would highly recommended Custom House for your next night out!.”
