Her sausage gravy is the best I’ve had in a long long time and everything else on her menu is elite. Her atmosphere is naturally very sensory friendly as well and that’s not very common here in Brockport so I’m very lucky this place is here.”

Many food specials are on the menu or I beam that runs the center of the building. So fun. And on the weekends there's a small band. Call for schedule.”

“I can't share enough wonderful things about The Red Bird Cafe & Gift Shop! My Mom and I attended afternoon tea back in January and were blown away by the delicious, traditional English tea - cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches, chicken salad on a croissant, currant scopes, and an incredible dessert tray with macaroons, tarts, cupcakes, and soft bread dipped cookies in chocolate. Not to mention, The Red Bird was warm, charming, and cozy. Jo, the owner, was so attentive and kind - I knew I had to have my Bridal Shower Tea Party here. A few weeks ago, The Red Bird hosted my Bridal Shower Tea Party and it was perfect! We set-up the Welcome sign, gifts, and games in the lovely shop, and then had a formal tea party in the tea room. Jo and her team were wonderful about letting us set-up and decorate however we wanted. They provided the food, tea, linens, China, silverware, and seasonal flowers. It was fun, delicious, and unique - I received so many compliments. I can't thank Jo enough for making my Bridal Shower a special memory, we will definitely be returning to The Red Bird in the future!”

“First time in the Brockport location. The restaurant is absolutely spotless. The staff were very friendly, its obvious you have a great team of employees ! My order arrived super fast, and the sandwich and waffle fries were super delicious - All at a very reasonable price. I'm sure I will become a regular ! Thank you for a great lunch !”

“We came here on a Friday night, party of 8 (4 adults and 4 young kids) at 8pm. We were quickly seated and the server was a tad slow to come back but once she did everything picked up perfectly after that. We were served with complimentary chips and salsa to start. Do yourself a favor and get the queso and guacamole too. SO GOOD. The entrees came out pretty fast after that. I got the quesabirria tacos. Oh my god, so good!! That was my first time ever getting that. My 4 year old son was way hungrier than we thought and ordered a child's taco platter, then wanted another taco, finished that and wanted another one. The server was SO quick with getting his food and replenishing drinks. We had such a good time and everyone loved their food. We live in North Chili and I'm so glad we finally came here! 10/10 Will absolutely be back.”

“Have been coming to custom house for almost two years now. Service is awesome and the friendliest people you will meet in Brockport. Atmosphere is equisetic and homey and filled with cute little knickknacks all around the restaurant. Food is super reasonable especially for college students that are looking for a night out in the town. I have ordered a variety of meals from here and not once have I ever been disappointed in the food or presentations. If you are located in Brockport or looking for a new place to try I would highly recommended Custom House for your next night out!.”
