I always enjoy trying a seasonal item. Something new and fun each time.
Went to opening day today , bowl was 10/10 and smoothies were also 10/01 we will be back.
This place is one of my most favorite finds in all of Monroe county. There are locally run business. There's two other locations to be besides this one in Brockport. One of the co-owners, Andrew is always there and always friendly and willing to help. Your monthly specials change and are fantastic. Both their shakes and bowls are fantastic.

Bloom & Blend Brockport is one of the most favorite finds in all of Monroe county. It is a locally run business with two other locations besides the one in Brockport. A co-owner is always there and always friendly and willing to help. The monthly specials change and are fantastic. Both the shakes and bowls are fantastic. It is clearly posted that dogs are welcome, which is always a fantastic site, especially in a town like Brockport.
The organization did help and sponsor the charity golf tournament for the Morgan Manning house. The chocolate chip energy bites are not too bad and are like a quick snack. The coconut is better than chocolate protein snack bites. The serving side is pretty big for what you are paying for. The bowls are delicious, nutritious, and great service. A bowl can be built with a passion fruit base or açaí. The atmosphere is great. Four different smoothies were fresh, tasty drinks, and the charging station was a nice bonus. The service is very friendly and fast, with little notes on the top of the lids. The shop is absolutely adorable with lots of natural light and generally good vibes. The employees have always been super nice, very helpful and welcoming. The seasonal changing specials are fun to try as new drinks or smoothie bowls. The protein shakes, especially with plant based protein powders, are a favorite. The Coco-nana Carnations is delightful.
