“Roc City Sammich brought a food truck to the port beach for my rehearsal lunch/welcome party before my wedding. I booked them because the manager Joe was sooo friendly, responsive, and helpful right from the first communication. The food was awesome and we got nothing but compliments the entire time. Their staff was quick and organized and everything ran smoothly. They weren’t expecting tips from any of our guests which was unexpectedly generous but they absolutely deserved them. Highly recommend working with Joe and his team if you want a delicious and easy crowd-pleasing event!“

“At long last, we had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant, situated within the Chateau at Heritage Square senior living community. The location didn’t faze me; I’ve dined everywhere from street stalls in Vietnam to Michelin-starred establishments in the US, and my sole criterion is the quality of the food.

This visit marked my second time at Cappelleti’s. My initial experience, where I tried the meatball sub at lunch, left something to be desired—the bread was overly dense, and the meatballs were a bit bland for my taste. However, my friend’s praise for his salad convinced me to give the dinner menu a try.

Our dinner comprised the Classic Calamari, Arancini, Beer Battered Filet, Friday Fish Fry, and Devil’s Mousse.

Starting with the appetizers, both the Classic Calamari and Arancini were delectable, with the Arancini standing out as one of the best in Rochester. The house-made red sauce complemented the creamy, salty Arancini beautifully.

For the entrées, we had the Beer Battered Filet and the Friday Fish Fry. While I didn’t sample the Fish Fry myself, my husband found it delightful and said he’d return for it. The Beer Battered Filet, on the other hand, was a dish I could rave about: garlic beer-battered filet with port wine mushrooms and demi-glace, accompanied by mashed potatoes and the vegetable du jour (broccolini). The filet was generously portioned, perfectly cooked to medium rare, and every element on the plate was vibrant, flavorful, and delicious. This is a dish I’ll undoubtedly return for.

Dessert was the Devil’s Mousse, a chef’s house-made creation that was sweet, velvety smooth, and light. We enjoyed it so much that we ordered an extra to share with our neighbor.

Finally, our server, Maryanne, was exceptional—professional, friendly, and welcoming, she made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to her and the delightful food, we had an amazing dinner at Cappelleti’s.“

“We found this place when looking for something new for us, not too terribly far from our sons home in Chili,NY ( about 15 miles) We had a wonderful breakfast (fresh cut and cooked potatoes for homefries) with a pleasant surprise of chopped green pepper added. Portions were very generous. I had french toast with a large serving of fresh blueberries on top. My son’s westen omelette was too big for him to finish. I can’t say enough about the service. Our server was quite the multitasker, very busy, all the while being as polite and pleasant as anyone I’ve ever met. (Good for her! Maybe others will pass that friendliness around.) We can’t wait to try the lunch menu next! Don’t hesitate to give them a try!“

“Absolutely LOVE kaitlyn! She is so kind and welcoming! She is by far the most attentive and reliable bartender/server ive had during my many trips to Ridge Runner! The regulars love her and she makes the place light up all around every time I come in. The food is always exceptional Especially the spinach and artichoke dip. Drinks are fair in price and always go down smooth. Definitely one of my favorite places to go on date night or bring a few friends to listen to the bands on Saturday. I plan on coming to dine and see Kaitlyn on my anniversary coming up soon and hopefully catch the band.“

“This was the best breakfast I've had in a long time. Everything is homemade and tastes delicious. My hubby had the eggs, HF, breakfast sausage and big slabs of homemade rye bread. He was impressed. For me it was the dinner plate sized peach and blueberry pancake special with breakfast sausage. It was light, fluffy and I had to take half home! We'll be back.“

“Smokin' Eagle catered my wedding reception this past Sunday, and we could not have been more pleased. Not only were the workers extremely kind & helpful, but the food was delicious and hot. They helped set up, break down, packed all of our food and made sure our guests had everything they needed. They were also champs through the 90 degree heat with little air conditioning. I would 100% recommend them for any catering needs.“

“Have been coming here for years. Fish fry is by far the best around. Everything is homemade and delicious. The Philly cheese steak is excellent, especially with the homemade chips. In the summer on Sunday they have the classic cars out back. Excellent reviews from the " EMPIRE PLATE DINER " website.“

We usually dine-in a couple of times a month, but we've also done some pick-up orders without any big issues. Atmosphere is equisetic and homey and filled with cute little knickknacks all around the restaurant. Food is super reasonable especially for college students that are looking for a night out in the town. I have ordered a variety of meals from here and not once have I ever been disappointed in the food or presentations.
