“The food was excellent. Our fish was cooked correctly and did not taste fishy. My husband had the fish fry and I had the Cajun broiled haddock, also definitely get the fresh cut fries. The service was great, from hostess to waitresses to busier. The team work is evident, even (what I am assuming was the owner or general manager) helped out by delivering food, drinks and even clearing tables. Go check them out.“

“My mom and I had a great experience- food, drinks and staff! My mom had the chicken BST quesadilla, full of flavor! She also enjoyed their Mule Tide drink special! I loved The Phoenix naan bread pizza, perfect size for one person and good balance of sweet from the honey and little kick of the soppressata! Their Livin Lav cocktail was very refreshing and the color is fun! Couldn’t resist dessert and the red velvet in a jar was the perfect ending to our meal! Staff was very attentive and friendly! “Roc City Sammich brought a food truck to the port beach for my rehearsal lunch/welcome party before my wedding. I booked them because the manager Joe was sooo friendly, responsive, and helpful right from the first communication. The food was awesome and we got nothing but compliments the entire time. Their staff was quick and organized and everything ran smoothly. They weren’t expecting tips from any of our guests which was unexpectedly generous but they absolutely deserved them. Highly recommend working with Joe and his team if you want a delicious and easy crowd-pleasing event!“

“Catina & Grille is one of the best restaurants on the RIT campus for students to have breakfast and lunch. I visit the restaurant twice a week, and my favorite dish is the burrito Rice Bowl. This dish is a perfect mixture of all the healthy ingredients, and they add a variety of protein, like chicken, beef, pork, etc. The restaurant's ambiance is excellent; people can work on their laptops while enjoying the food. The restaurant service is up to the mark from 12:30 to 2:30 PM. There is a huge crowd of customers at the restaurant, so your order can be delayed due to the same, but apart from that, the overall experience at Catina & Grille is excellent. I highly recommend people living in Rochester and nearby areas visit Catina and Grille and especially try my favorite dish, "Burrito Rice Bowl."“

“Another great visit to Gusto. I remember to take a picture of the menu. They have a delicious meatball panini that goes great with a glass of wine. They sell wine by the bottle here too. Tasty food, good drink selection and the staff is always friendly.
Today they opened 25 minutes early and fired up the grill. That was so nice of them. They offer their full menu all day. I got the meat ball panini again. Like I said, I love that thing with some red wine, even if it's 9am.“

“First I have to start by telling you about the English Muffins, because if you stop reading, it's important that you know these are the best English Muffins you will ever taste. In fact, don't even think of them as English Muffins because you are setting the bar too low. You absolutely must try them. They are to die for and will redefine what an English Muffin is in your mind.

I visited from Texas and I've been home for two weeks now, thinking about them multiple times a day. That's not an exaggeration.

I went to Coleen's Kitchen with my aunt and uncle, who live in Brockport and are regulars, and this place completely blew me away. Coleen runs the entire show single-handedly. She greets you, answers the phone, takes reservations, serves the food, picks up dishes, handles the bill, and cooks every meal herself. I can promise you've never seen anything like it.

The restaurant has its own personality. Coleen has a list of rules posted at every booth, which basically boil down to having common courtesy. You can even buy a t-shirt with her rules printed on it, which was a must-have souvenir for me. She pours her heart and soul into that place, and it shows.

The portions are generous and the food is incredible. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. I can't wait to be back in Brockport so I can visit Coleen's Kitchen again!“

“We held one of our traveling Together Today Cafes at Blue Barn Cidery yesterday and our guests absolutely loved the experience. The food was top notch and plentiful. I heard great things about the cider, too, which I didn't get a chance to try. Looks like I'll have to go back with the fam another time. “This place is a hidden gem just northeast of Brockport on Ridge Road. They have a decent selection of beers and interesting cocktails. Their food menu is really nice. It features burgers but also has wings, salads, sandwiches and some dimner entrees. Once a week they have surf and turf at a very reasonable price. Staff is always perky and helpful. Pictured is my order of cajun dusted smoked wings, which were excellent!“
