“Highly reccomend. It was our first time bringing our kids here last night. Usually my husband and I go here for dinner alone. The owner and waitress were extremely kid friendly and attentive. The owner brought out crayons and coloring for the kids. Our waitress was very attentive and kept checking in with us. Food as always, outstanding. Love the family style salad and toasted bread with oil. Great meal, service and atmosphere! And kid friendly too!“

“I need to make you aware of a wonderful diamond in the rough on Rochester’s west side. My wife and I visited this quaint Lower Manhattan style eatery with my brother-in-law and his wife. This unassuming place from the outside pleasantly surprises once you enter with its quaint bar area, blacked out ceiling and twin open kitchen stations. First litmus test is the quality of bread with a full complement of spices to prep your own dipping oil. Check! Special of the day, Seared Halibut on a bed of risotto, didn’t disappoint, nor did my samples of homemade Rigatoni à la Bolognese (just like Mom’s Sunday sauce) or the Chicken Milanese! Completed the meal with an ample slice of homemade Ricotta Cheesecake with Berry Compote. The owner checked in with us several times. The table service was perfect. The glass enclosed wine cellar in the middle of the dining area completed an impressive ambience and dining experience. Run don’t walk to this most pleasant gastro treat!“

Got to go food for Thanksgiving no one touched it the the artichoke French looked like chicken nuggets terrible look like it was baked not sauteed the clams casino were as big as to Wegmans water bottle caps I took a picture was going to even send it to them but you know they don't do anything anyways we got 25 clams casino maybe a total of those clams were four clams that's all small they were nobody even ate them I'm going to be calling to take them back but someone said don't bother they don't care about their food coming out they think because they had a name that they were good you got to keep up that good food otherwise people stop coming“

“Went there for the first time tonight, everything was excellent! I ordered the Filet and it was melt in your mouth delicious, I also had the crispy potatoes and they were yummy. My husband had the chicken prosciutto and he said that was very good but my steak was better. Service was great as well. Would highly recommend!.“

“Just an outstanding dinner. I recently moved to the west side of ROC and sniffed this place out for my wife and I to take our cherished friends to. Something about the menu and the vibe just told me that we should try it. Just, wow. Our friends live right on the west coast, and they said they've possibly never had better calamari. The table bread was great, almost like a sourdough ciabatta vibe. I got the short ribs, a dish I'm no stranger to, and they were phenomenal. Our party of four was extremely happy with the quality of food for the value, and would absolutely recommend.“

“This is one of those mom and pop pizzerias that you grow up on, you have family dinners around, you celebrate with. You may have been born in or may have moved to Bergen (as I did) but you quickly realize why the residents are fast to talk about "their local pizza shop." “Great Italian food. Make sure you order their home made red sauce, because some of their other sauces are jarred. The chicken parm was delicious, the gelato is fantastic. The restaurant itself is small and unremarkable (looks like a deli) but the owner certainly knows how to make authentic Italian food.“

“The food was excellent. Our fish was cooked correctly and did not taste fishy. My husband had the fish fry and I had the Cajun broiled haddock, also definitely get the fresh cut fries. The service was great, from hostess to waitresses to busier. The team work is evident, even (what I am assuming was the owner or general manager) helped out by delivering food, drinks and even clearing tables. Go check them out.“

“A classic Italian family pizza spot that is clearly doing something right.

I ordered a half cheese, half peppers and onions large pizza for a family birthday and it came out smelling exactly like the pizza my mom used to make when we were kids.

Everyone who works there clearly has decades of history between them, communicating in quick glances, jokes about family members, and sharing a warmth that you can only get in a place that is doing something well. Definitely want to try more of their specialty menu at some point and will be back for more.“

“We went on a busy Sunday afternoon, and I was appreciative that they did not fill every table, but rather only seated as many patrons as the present staff could handle. It meant a longer wait when we arrived, but the dining experience was excellent, and our waitress Jessica took very good care of us.“

“I had Ciaccia’s cater a work event today with Boxed lunches to make it easier for those traveling. Boxed lunches isn’t something they typically do, but when I asked if they could, they did not hesitate to say yes! All I can say is they KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!! You could see the thought and time that was put into making these lunches and everyone was very impressed! Lots of compliments on the tastiness of the food and presentation of the boxes! They are primarily a wholesale operation but do have a small store front where you can purchase their products. They also offer catering for your events.“

“We didn’t get a pizza. Just went in to try out the Ice Cream Shoppe that sell Hersheys ice cream.

A lovely young lady named Kayelyn was very helpful as I sampled out a few flavours I hadn’t tried before.

The Salted Caramel Truffle was delicious and the kids portion size was humongous! I am ow experiencing a food coma.

My partner had the Chocolate Chip in Cake Cone and he loved it.
