The sandwiches are fresh and flavorful and the gelato is super creamy. Especially love the decadent dairy free dark chocolate gelato. And the dessert case is filled with wonderful treats to take home for later.
Stopped today for cannoli gelato! Yum! Great on this 95 degree day.
The gelato is incredible. All four flavors we got were so creamy and good. I wanted some of the pastry, but was full. If Gianni/John is there, stop and talk to him.

Oriens Café offers very good food, including Italian pastries and gelato, and is particularly famous for its chocolate Oreo gelato and pistachio gelato. The outdoor space is nice when the weather is good, with a nice courtyard. The service is always friendly and accommodating. Enjoy a wide selection of sweets and well-made cakes, which are a rare find and such a treat. The food is comforting and warm, including a vegetable sandwich on Italian bread. While the prices may not be low, the quality absolutely justifies them. The experience is even better in this casual and accessible setting.
