I'd give it a zero if I could in the service area. This location and the other one on the corner of Buffalo Rd and elmgrove Rd are by far the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to in my life. I have never, I repeat NEVER, have gone there and have had my order correct or someone even remotely nice to me. This one on specific is always forgetting stuff on my order and there stuff that is put in my order is wrong. It took thirty minutes for a black coffee if that gives any indication...read full review

This place survives solely on the fact that it is connected to a busy gas station. Manager is extremely rude and most staff is untrained (Anthony was great). If you want something you didn't order try this dunkin'! If you want what you ordered try the dunkin 3 miles down the road!

Just look at the picture. That’s a bagel with cream cheese and cream cheese is like 1$ now don’t think that is 1$$ worth..It took 10 minutes because apparently they were friends with the person in front of me they were chatting and giving them free food. Horrible service .
