“Loved our date night at Bocaccini's. The waitress was incredibly sweet. My husband loved his cocktails. The food was great. Everything tasted fresh and flavored well. I got the Papa Joe special with sausage and meatballs. I'm pretty sure the sausage was a Tony Coretta sausage, which I already loved. My husband got the chicken parm and he was very happy with the amount and the taste. We both shared a tiramisu dessert, and it was light, fluffy, and delicious.The atmosphere was crisp, modern yet comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy.We hope to be back for another date night soon!“
“The pizza from here is always great! It arrives hot, and tastes amazing. I love the many options for in store slices as well. Some pizza places only have pepperoni or cheese slices, but this Salvatore’s location seems to have a variety. I wanted to give a shoutout to my delivery driver tonight. He was extremely kind, and you could tell he has a good heart. Only wish I would’ve tipped him more, because now I feel like a jerk. I don’t know his name, but this guy definitely deserves a raise for great friendly service.“
“We went to Mr Dominic's to celebrate a friends birthday. The service was great. Our sever was very friendly and made us laugh with her witty comments. I am not a big fan of pasta. So she got me Chicken French with baked potatoes and broccoli. That was great. I also had ordered a cocktail which was also perfectly done. I loved the ambience of this place. It's pretty spacious and welcoming. I'd go back any time! They have this space where celebrations can be hosted. Pretty cool!!!“
“Peels On Wheels does great vegan pizza! The toppings are extremely high quality. I don't remember exactly what it was called, but they had this kind of sundried sweet red bell pepper that was out of this world. I had that New York style with shallots, banana pepper rings, and vegan pepperoni. The owner works in the kitchen alongside his employees and really cares about producing superior pizza. Their pies are so much better than what you'll get ordering from a chain!“
“Been to the Pizza Shoppe several times in the past month and a half. Let’s start with service. Fast, friendly and fantastic. I got my pizza nice and hot each time and my chocolate chip cookies were to die for. Seriously, maybe the best I have ever had.I have had several different varieties of this Detroit Style Pizza and it is second to none. It is now my go to for Pizza without a doubt.I also love the small pizza shoppe atmosphere not like one these chain pizza shops that has no personality. It was quiet and pleasant to just take a seat and enjoy my pizza. Hoping to try their chicken parmigiana in the near future.I don’t give many 5 star reviews, however this was an easy one to write.Great Job to your team at The Pizza Shoppe.“
“The food is outstanding. You can tell they use high quality ingredients and prepare the simple dishes with care. I've had the creative pizzas and salads a few times, and my husband gets the sandwiches. It never disappoints! It's a fast casual experience with a very small dining area, so consider takeout as your best option if you have a larger party. A great addition to the N. Winton Village and the Rochester food scene!“
“This was our first visit and it was fabulous. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and just nice to chat with. Our server, Kathryn, was awesome!! Love her. I had the moussaka and it was wonderful. Great flavor! Hubby had the wolf fish/scallop special. Again, delish. Cocktails were great and we got desserts to go. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!“
“Excellent meal last night. We dine here 4-5 times yearly, we enjoy Italian/American and it's always superb. Our meal on Friday during Lent was another winner. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were very big as always. Our server Samantha was spot on, not only with serving but her suggestion to me was great. My wife had Codfish Picatta and I had the Seafood Chippino. So good, my wife took home 1 whole piece of the two served of Cod and I had plenty of leftovers from a bowl loaded with delicious seafood. Many things make this place a must go; great food, nice atmosphere, big bar, white linen tablecloths and napkins etc. Prices are very reasonable as are drinks. Little thinks like our server taking our leftovers to wrap instead of bringing us containers to do it ourselves and the owner (Donna) being on hand to insure our satisfaction means a lot to us as frequent diners of many establishments and kind of sends Perlo's to the top echelon. I guarantee with their extensive menu, you will not be disappointed.“
“Title: Taking Toddlers for Italian! While dining with toddlers is always a messy experience my daughter and I were in the mood for our FAVORITE Italian food. Proietti’s is family run and they always make you feel welcome. They hurried our service along to accommodate our little people who were a hit. Multiple patrons said how cute they were and stopped to visit with them. The food is OUTSTANDING! Huge portions and delicious flavors. We called it a night shortly after the 1 year old started sucking spaghetti straight off the table with his face. Needless to say he loved it too.Did I mention they use a paper liner over their white table cloths? Now you know why. As always I can’t wait to go back for more chicken French!!“
“Celebrated my sister's birthday last night (party of 10) and our waiter Noah was fantastic. Knew the menu and could answer questions in detail. Great service. Food was prepared as ordered, was hot and tasted fresh. Nice atmosphere. The only concern is with the level of noise. The restaurant was about half full and it was noisy. I didn't see any sound absorption tiles or banners and I would recommend they invest in some.“
