JoeGatt's Food & Cocktails Reviews
In Sept my sister and I were calling around town to find a small restaurant with good food for a luncheon after a funeral for our brother. We stopped in and spoke with Joe who was happy to meet with us. After discussing menu options and costs, we decided to stay for dinner. Great food, excellent service, we loved the layout with separate dining area up a few steps, a warm & inviting atmosphere for our guests.
The day of the funeral we arrived around 12:00ish mingled awhile...read full review
Amazing food and service. Steak cooked to perfection! Utica greens were delicious! Arancini was delicious! Will be returning for sure. Server very knowledgeable and attentive.
We’ve been here a couple of years ago and it was wonderful. When planning a dinner with friends recently we enthusiastically recommended meeting here. Big mistake.
We sat at our table for 35 minutes waiting for our server and finally had to ask. The host came over and apologized that he hadn’t “assigned our table”. OK, it happens.

JoeGatt's Food & Cocktails offers tasty Italian dishes, including a delicious lasagna and salty bread. The restaurant is known for its friendly atmosphere, with a welcoming greeter and attentive staff. While some dishes, like the cowboy ribeye special, lacked flavor, customers have praised the generous salad and the chicken Parm dinner entrée, which features large pieces of chicken and comes out super hot. The pork chop, served with carrots and a baked potato, has also received high recommendations. However, the pizzas have been noted as visually appealing but underseasoned with skimpy toppings. The cocktails are decent, and the service is generally friendly, contributing to a local charm. Although the staff can be attentive, some guests have experienced delays when requesting additional drinks. Overall, JoeGatt's presents a mixed but promising dining experience worth trying, especially for Italian food enthusiasts.
