My intent was to order only a cup of coffee. It took 25 minutes for me to receive the coffee which was shocking in itself. When I proceeded to drink the coffee, it was cold. Even though I wanted to voice my concern about this, I was afraid of waiting again for an exorbitant amount of time so I reluctantly discarded the coffee.The restaurant needs to become better organized in a way to reduce waiting time for customers.Because of the coffee being the way I described, I would be apprehensive of trying out the restaurant’s food.

Hope you have time to wait, it took 30 minutes to get my order from a fast-food restaurant. After asking and asking what is going on the manger, stormed out and said that she will not take harassment from customers to her employees and her, and called security. NO REFUNDS either, they will not refund your money on a bad experience or waiting 30 minutes for food, they will call mall security on you. I have emailed the JSC MGMT group that owns this business.
