“Today we had a problem with a takeout order at Flaherty's. The order we picked up was inaccurate. We called and the person who answered said to come back in a few minutes. When we returned we were greeted by the manager who offered his apologies for the mishap and offered to give us a free meal for our inconvenience. In summation: A problem resolved! “I took my 3 kids in for donuts and iced drinks. While getting to my car, I was juggling a large frozen chai, a dozen donuts and my baby in his infant carrier. I dropped my drink, the cup cracked and it went all over the blacktop. Shaylynne (I am sure I spelled that wrong) made me a replacement free of charge. She made my crappy day a whole lot less crappy. Thank you for having compassion for a stressed out Mama of 3!”

“So Sorry! What has happened to your food? Two years ago I recommended your restaurant to people. Over the last two years the quality, taste, and preparation has declined. Ordered $80 in food, asked for the Singapore Mei fun to be mild...to hot to eat! This is the second time in a row that our request was ignored. The beef and broccoli was tough and undercooked.
Your food was so good before, now will never order from you again.
This is a shame...wish there was something I could do to help you besides ....complaining.

“I wanted to take a moment to leave some positive feedback for Caden at KFC. He took our order through the drive-thru/intercom today, and the level of patience, professionalism, and kindness he showed was honestly impressive.
We had quite a few questions about the menu, and not once did he sound annoyed, rushed, or impatient. Instead, he listened carefully to every single question and answered everything with such a pleasant and welcoming tone. That’s something you rarely experience anymore.
At many other places around town, the moment you ask more than one or two questions, you can immediately hear the frustration in people’s voices. But Caden was completely different. He made us feel comfortable, valued, and appreciated as customers.
Great customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Caden truly stood out today, and because of the way he treated us, I felt it was important to leave this review. KFC is lucky to have someone like him representing their business.”

“Taco Bell will never recieve a 5 star, they are owned by and only serve Pepsi, but Dr. Pepper is a suitable replacement. Luckily this one is attached to a gas station so I grabbed a 20oz coke.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Thai Delish. My son and I eat here regularly, and we have never had a bad meal. Every thing is always very fresh, and made to order with the greatest care. The service is phenomenal, the staff bend over backwards to ensure you have a pleasant dining experience. The drunken noodles, and Pad Se Ew ( I don't know if I have spelled that correctly) are amazing. Their dumplings are topped with crispy fried garlic, their coconut pudding is unlike anything you've tried before. Such a welcome addition to our local restaurants, sure to become a family favorite. ❤️”

“First time ordering here since we moved to the East side and I have to say it’s the best pizza I’ve had yet! Great for people who like a thinner crust with a healthy amount of sauce. The brick oven crust is SO good. We loved the buffalo chicken pizza, their house wing sauce they use is unique, and it was a nice shake up to traditional buffalo sauce. Also their house red on our pepperoni pizza was fantastic! 😍”
