Very clean environment and polite staff. I'm always greeted when walking in the door and the cookie ordering process is so easy. They always have new varieties of cookie every week.
It's great to have a Crumbl so close to home. I would previously visit the Henrietta location to try the weekly flavors. The Victor location was quiet on a Wednesday evening. I enjoyed how quickly I was able to place my order and receive my cookies. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The cookies I ordered were not my favorite flavor wise but I love having quick access now that the Victor location is up and running.
