“Amazing. I grew up in Victor going to Papa Jack's for ice cream. It was THE place to go then, and it is THE place to go now. To see what it's turned into over the years is pretty awesome and well deserved. So many unique flavors and you get a ton of ice cream! Can't go wrong!“

“We ordered a set of 6 through Postmates and unfortunately didn’t get our cookie cutter that we ordered. Postmates has put us through if with supplying documentation l, sending a million pictures, etc… only to say our order isn’t eligible for a refund. On a whim I called in to ask about this and the GM was amazing. She just offered us a cookie cutter. Didn’t make it a hassle, was amazingly friendly, and made me feel a lot less crazy about the situation. 10/10 for crumble cookie 0/10 for Postmates ?“
“Friendly staff, awesome environment. Brought my son here after a lacrosse tournament and they were super helpful with samples. So many great options that it was hard to choose. Highly recommended for a great treat and experience on a day like today.“

“Awesome ice cream, huge portions. We got a kiddie which really was enough for two people! Nice staff, large seating area inside with porch for outdoor. Decent parking available along sides and back of building. Very good ice cream. Don't forget to get a photo with Sharkie out front!“

“Tried Moonlight for the first time tonight and truly no notes! Ice cream was delicious, Mikey was great to chat with and we learned a bit about the history of the joint! We will definitely be back to try more flavors!!“

“AMAZING love this place. I've been coming here since I was little with my grandma and just came today with my grandpa and mom and we had the BEST SOUP I've ever had. My mom loved her tuna melt and my grandpa and I loved our soups. Highly recommend and of course their Gelato is great.“

“Every town needs a classic ice cream stand, and Scoops is exactly that. Fantastic selection of hard ice cream from Perry's; I got a hot honey ice cream and it was the perfect amount of heat and flavor.
They also do dipped soft serve which feels like is hard to find these days. Portion sizes are very generous!
Great location by the lake and plenty of parking.
The ONLY downside is that we have gone during their listed hours said they're open (and not out of season), only to find the lights off. Google Maps does allow you to set temporary hours for holidays or other one-off circumstances, so it would be helpful if they updated the hours when they're going to be unexpectedly closed.“

“The first thing that sticks out to me is how clean and organized the store is. Good choice of flavors from hard ice cream to soft. Customer service was excellent from girl s working counter. Picnic tables and kids swing set add a nice touch. Overall area was spotless. Easy in and out with plenty of parking.“

“As an avid fisherman for carp on the canal right outside this shop I understand the frustrations behind them being closed outside business hours, and I’ve seen tons of people try to open the door and it was locked. Anyways, my frail and tiny little girlfriend and I came here on a beautiful night and we got served right away, cheaper than most of the overpriced junk in the rest of Pittsford or other places I won’t name where we just came from (see other reviews) and the gelato was fire. The bowls and spoons were mad cute too. Great experience especially on a nice summer night. Might get hammered at lock 32 after this. They just gotta fix the hours/ door issue and they would have 5 stars. My girlfriend is so cute.“
