“AMAZING love this place. I've been coming here since I was little with my grandma and just came today with my grandpa and mom and we had the BEST SOUP I've ever had. My mom loved her tuna melt and my grandpa and I loved our soups. Highly recommend and of course their Gelato is great.“

“My son has severe dairy and egg allergies. We have been searching for an ice cream shop that truly cares about kids/people with allergies. They TRULY care & as soon as I mentioned allergies I could tell her attentiveness got even more aware & alert! I was able to get a safe ice cream (strawberry & mango dole twist, and an oatmilk strawberry) WITH SPRINKLES! We will definitely be back, thank you for being aware of allergies & bringing an option ❤️“

“My boyfriend and I were looking for a dog friendly ice cream place today and saw online that you guys have these adorable little pup cups! The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our horgi (husky/corgi) Tucker. It was his very first time going out for ice cream! “We ordered a set of 6 through Postmates and unfortunately didn’t get our cookie cutter that we ordered. Postmates has put us through if with supplying documentation l, sending a million pictures, etc… only to say our order isn’t eligible for a refund. On a whim I called in to ask about this and the GM was amazing. She just offered us a cookie cutter. Didn’t make it a hassle, was amazingly friendly, and made me feel a lot less crazy about the situation. 10/10 for crumble cookie 0/10 for Postmates ?“

“As an avid fisherman for carp on the canal right outside this shop I understand the frustrations behind them being closed outside business hours, and I’ve seen tons of people try to open the door and it was locked. Anyways, my frail and tiny little girlfriend and I came here on a beautiful night and we got served right away, cheaper than most of the overpriced junk in the rest of Pittsford or other places I won’t name where we just came from (see other reviews) and the gelato was fire. The bowls and spoons were mad cute too. Great experience especially on a nice summer night. Might get hammered at lock 32 after this. They just gotta fix the hours/ door issue and they would have 5 stars. My girlfriend is so cute.“

“My son and I ate at the Webster, NY Diary Queen today - April 2, 2026. We had a great experience. I used the App to order so that we could get the Blizzard deal. The food was ready about a minute or two after what the app had said it would be, and the employees could not have been nicer and more welcoming! I have read a few negative reviews about this location in the last year and I have no idea what happened to them. I would encourage them to give it another try! We could not have been happier.
We are from Syracuse and came into town to visit the Eastman Museum and go to Arcade 80s (highly recommend both) and stopped for a delicious treat at DQ. My son loves their chicken tenders and fries. I usually go with a burger; but had a fish sandwich today. The sandwich was unremarkable, but good; the fries were good as they always are - which is why I would have given the food a 4.5 if I could; but since I can't 5 is more accurate than 4 for the food! As it always is the Blizzard was the star of the show.
I wish I had asked the name of the young man working the cash register, he could not have been nicer and more friendly. We had such a good experience today, it will be our DQ of choice when we are visiting Rochester!“

“Everything was clean and new. The customer service was the most friendly and informal I’ve ever received from an ice cream shop. I tried the birth cake and banana fudge ice cream which was perfectly fresh and creamy with no sight of freezer burns on any of the other many flavors they had. The bubble waffle was the best thing I tried on the menu.“
