“Delicious gelato, plenty of comfortable seating outside and a few tables inside. Can combine flavors. Small 3 scoops, Medium 4 scoops, Large 5 scoops. You can also get a kiddie size (not on the menu) which is 1 scoop. The scoops are small and only 1 sample per person.“

“Awesome family owned ice cream shop, in a beautiful walkable neighborhood. Friendly staff, good prices and large portions. Always busy, but service moves quickly. For events they also have a great ice cream truck that can come out offer ice cream on the go.“

“Absolutely love Mary and her team in Webster. Loved their yogurt and when it was discontinued, Mary suggested the closest option of non-dairy and loved it. She really cares about her customers!“

“We ordered a set of 6 through Postmates and unfortunately didn’t get our cookie cutter that we ordered. Postmates has put us through if with supplying documentation l, sending a million pictures, etc… only to say our order isn’t eligible for a refund. On a whim I called in to ask about this and the GM was amazing. She just offered us a cookie cutter. Didn’t make it a hassle, was amazingly friendly, and made me feel a lot less crazy about the situation. 10/10 for crumble cookie 0/10 for Postmates ?“

“Amazing. I grew up in Victor going to Papa Jack's for ice cream. It was THE place to go then, and it is THE place to go now. To see what it's turned into over the years is pretty awesome and well deserved. So many unique flavors and you get a ton of ice cream! Can't go wrong!“

“My boyfriend and I were looking for a dog friendly ice cream place today and saw online that you guys have these adorable little pup cups! The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our horgi (husky/corgi) Tucker. It was his very first time going out for ice cream! We thank you guys for a fun and memorable experience! 😊🐾 (our human ice cream was exceptional as well 😉)“

“I come in all the time and get quite a bit of dessert and this young lady named Grace is Always super helpful has my order done within under two minutes and she is super kind and I will always only return to this establishment, some of the best customer service have ever experienced in my life. “As an avid fisherman for carp on the canal right outside this shop I understand the frustrations behind them being closed outside business hours, and I’ve seen tons of people try to open the door and it was locked. Anyways, my frail and tiny little girlfriend and I came here on a beautiful night and we got served right away, cheaper than most of the overpriced junk in the rest of Pittsford or other places I won’t name where we just came from (see other reviews) and the gelato was fire. The bowls and spoons were mad cute too. Great experience especially on a nice summer night. Might get hammered at lock 32 after this. They just gotta fix the hours/ door issue and they would have 5 stars. My girlfriend is so cute.“

“i placed an uber eats order tonight 6/24 at 8pm and requested extra brownie bits and i just want to personally thank whoever made my blizzard. SHOUT OUT TO YOU this is a 10/10. i would go as far as to say you should be crowned the blizzard master. perfect amount of brownie pieces no skimping in sight i could cry!“
