Scoop 'n Twist is the best ice cream shop in the greater Rochester area. The staff is super kind, helpful, patient, friendly, and welcoming, making every visit feel special. They have a large assortment of Perry’s hard ice cream, standard soft serve, and really good gelato. The variety of delicious, quality flavors is truly amazing, with loads of flavors and toppings. The taco ice cream is great, yummy, packed with stuff, and very unique. There is also a new one called the ferrero rocher. Try the ice cream flight. They also have the best brownies. The portions are generous, and the atmosphere is fun, clean, and welcoming. It is a locally-owned gem and the only place to go for ice cream.
