Nice for a family outing, or a nostalgic date night with your significant other. Chocolate almond on a waffle cone is my go-to. Note: custard is a softer 'soft serve' ice cream and it melts very quickly. Have little ones? Grab a pile of napkins...you'll need it.“

“The cookies are amazing. I would like to suggest a half size cookie, in the shape of a cookie. We give ourselves - including our children - full-sized cookies, because somehow it just doesn't seem as fun to eat a quarter of a cookie, which is the serving size. A half-size would also solve the difficulty of wanting to offer each person his or her choice of cookie, without having to compromise.I would also prefer that the mystery cookie just be listed on the website.Kid-friendliness: See comment about offering a half sized cookie.“
“I have been to Rita's many times and I love it! The inside has a small amount of seating, but we've always managed to get a seat. The service here is great and super quick even where there's a long line. The Italian Ice is always delicious and I love the rotating menu!“
“Arthur Jaxon is a hidden gem of the Rochester area. though they only offer take out, their food is really really good, very quick and incredibly reasonably priced. I wasn’t a huge fan of their pepperoni pizza, however recently it has been better than EVER. Their pulled pork pizza is always good. The employees are very kind and friendly. My fiancé and I frequent this place a lot and highly recommend it. When we have company we always grab a sheet. We have picky people in our family so sometimes we do have sheet one way, half the other and they always accommodate us. Great place can’t say it enough. Also stop by for ice cream in the summer it’s really good. The location kinda sucks, honestly but again it’s a take out restaurant and well worth the stop.“

“Had to wait 10 minutes to get in because the employee was on break. However, I was visiting from Buffalo and I'm a big fan of Perry's ice cream but this place might have them beat. The butterscotch chip ice cream was phenomenal and so was the lemon bar. My significant other loved her red velvet cheesecake and ice cream as well. Definitely will be returning soon ☺️“
“Abbott's has the best frozen custard in the US (I have only left the country to visit Niagara Falls but never ate any custard). Their pineapple pistachio flavor is out of this World! They have a great selection of flavors everyday. They also sell pints of ice cream. If you don't feel like going into the store, stop by the Latta Rd Abbott's across from Wegman's Long Pond and Latta.“
“Stopped in on a Sunday evening for a treat with toddler, parents and grandparents. Great variety of ice cream flavors plus sorbet and Italian ice. Clean premises and tables. Inside staff were friendly and seemed to be having fun. First time visiting. We will be back.“
“Delicious homemade frozen custard. We had large servings for our single scoop cones. Nice variety of flavors to choose from which a couple changing daily. We had prompt friendly service. Samples available to taste first. Pints, cakes and other frozen novelties available. Drive thru window at this location. Milk shakes, sundaes, and a variety of toppings are on the menu too. Restaurant was cleaned. Large parking lot in front, picnic tables outside and a few tables inside for seating. Order at counter.“
“Just had a birthday party there on a Saturday afternoon, and we all had a fun tasty time. Great price to have yogurt cups for all, goodie bags, a fun whip cream game and a special gift for the birthday girl. All enjoyed it and we'll be coming back for sure. “The flavors are limited but we chose the flavor of the day, peanut butter brownie cheesecake. It was delicious! Very smooth. The waffle cone is huge! Piece of advice: Order the regular size as the portions are generous. The store is clean and bright. The two young women working were pleasant but a bit slow so expect to wait a bit if there is a line. Will definitely return.“
“Was served by the kindest young lady today. Best customer service I’ve had in a while. My daughter has a gluten allergy and the girl made her feel so accommodated listing off so many flavors for her to try. She wasn’t talking to me she was talking directly to my daughter which made her feel heard and like a “big girl”. The entire ride home she wouldn’t stop talking about her new friend who works at the ice cream shop and how she’s excited to go back. Thank you for the delicious ice cream and for making my daughters day.“
“I didn't get a chance to try Purity when we were in Ithaca this summer. Was very happy to try it out near home! Very delicious ice cream flavors, we both tried 3 flavors each in our sundaes. Favorites go to the pumpkin pie, berryblast (i forget the exact name of this one), and banana cream pie.“
