The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our horgi (husky/corgi) Tucker. It was his very first time going out for ice cream! “My son has severe dairy and egg allergies. We have been searching for an ice cream shop that truly cares about kids/people with allergies. They TRULY care & as soon as I mentioned allergies I could tell her attentiveness got even more aware & alert! I was able to get a safe ice cream (strawberry & mango dole twist, and an oatmilk strawberry) WITH SPRINKLES! We will definitely be back, thank you for being aware of allergies & bringing an option ❤️“

“Absolutely love Mary and her team in Webster. Loved their yogurt and when it was discontinued, Mary suggested the closest option of non-dairy and loved it. She really cares about her customers!“

“AMAZING love this place. I've been coming here since I was little with my grandma and just came today with my grandpa and mom and we had the BEST SOUP I've ever had. My mom loved her tuna melt and my grandpa and I loved our soups. Highly recommend and of course their Gelato is great.“

“I come in all the time and get quite a bit of dessert and this young lady named Grace is Always super helpful has my order done within under two minutes and she is super kind and I will always only return to this establishment, some of the best customer service have ever experienced in my life. I wish more places had employees like grace.“

“As an avid fisherman for carp on the canal right outside this shop I understand the frustrations behind them being closed outside business hours, and I’ve seen tons of people try to open the door and it was locked. Anyways, my frail and tiny little girlfriend and I came here on a beautiful night and we got served right away, cheaper than most of the overpriced junk in the rest of Pittsford or other places I won’t name where we just came from (see other reviews) and the gelato was fire. The bowls and spoons were mad cute too. Great experience especially on a nice summer night. Might get hammered at lock 32 after this. They just gotta fix the hours/ door issue and they would have 5 stars. My girlfriend is so cute.“

“My husband and I went for ice cream at this Byrne Dairy on 5/29/2026, with only two people working while combating the HUGE rush of customers. They never once lost their cool and I watched as they busted their humps to help everyone. My hats off to those two gentlemen , excellent work!“

“i placed an uber eats order tonight 6/24 at 8pm and requested extra brownie bits and i just want to personally thank whoever made my blizzard. SHOUT OUT TO YOU this is a 10/10. i would go as far as to say you should be crowned the blizzard master. perfect amount of brownie pieces no skimping in sight i could cry!“

“Awesome family owned ice cream shop, in a beautiful walkable neighborhood. Friendly staff, good prices and large portions. Always busy, but service moves quickly. For events they also have a great ice cream truck that can come out offer ice cream on the go.“
