“Jen and Christine, the owners of Bright Side Sweets, baked a gluten-free wedding cake for our daughter’s wedding. It was absolutely moist and delicious, and also beautifully presented. The customer service they provided was exemplary. I also purchased coffee cake and assorted muffins for other wedding activities. All were appreciated by the bride and groom and our wedding guests. Truth be told, if we hadn’t let folk know that the baked goods were gluten free, no one would have known the difference. Thank you Jen and Christine for making our wedding so special.“

“We ordered a set of 6 through Postmates and unfortunately didn’t get our cookie cutter that we ordered. Postmates has put us through if with supplying documentation l, sending a million pictures, etc… only to say our order isn’t eligible for a refund. On a whim I called in to ask about this and the GM was amazing. She just offered us a cookie cutter. Didn’t make it a hassle, was amazingly friendly, and made me feel a lot less crazy about the situation. 10/10 for crumble cookie 0/10 for Postmates ?“

“I was just here in the afternoon of Monday, August 31st. The workers were fast, efficient communicative, considerate, and above all, honest. I left my phone behind, only realizing it about 15 minutes later. As soon as I returned and told them, they had the phone in hand, as well as a map I'd left behind. Kudos to this crew.

On top of that, the stuffed mozzarella pretzels were 100% worth it, and even the small is shareable. I'll definitely be back!“

This week I tried the Dubai chocolate cookie with crispy pistachio, it was simply fantastic. The cookies are always beautiful, and I’ve always had kind and prompt service from staff. Such a wonderful addition to the neighborhood!“

Then on Monday we came in for a coffee before heading home. I accidently left my purse at this location, and they found it and kept it safe until friends of ours could pick it up and mail it to me. I just want to thank the staff for the assistance, I truly appreciate it!“
