Postmates has put us through if with supplying documentation l, sending a million pictures, etc… only to say our order isn’t eligible for a refund. On a whim I called in to ask about this and the GM was amazing. She just offered us a cookie cutter. Didn’t make it a hassle, was amazingly friendly, and made me feel a lot less crazy about the situation. 10/10 for crumble cookie 0/10 for Postmates ?“

“Jen and Christine, the owners of Bright Side Sweets, baked a gluten-free wedding cake for our daughter’s wedding. It was absolutely moist and delicious, and also beautifully presented. The customer service they provided was exemplary. I also purchased coffee cake and assorted muffins for other wedding activities. All were appreciated by the bride and groom and our wedding guests. Truth be told, if we hadn’t let folk know that the baked goods were gluten free, no one would have known the difference. Thank you Jen and Christine for making our wedding so special.“

“We booked Dolce for our wedding and I’m so happy we did! For the wedding cake we did a small tiered vanilla cake and over 120 mini cupcakes and there wasn’t one cupcake left behind! Everything was so delicious and the team as a whole really went above and beyond to provide us great service! We had an issue with the gate at our venue and our delivery person personally walked everything over just to ensure we’d receive everything on time. I’m part of a nonprofit and I stopped in. They’re getting ready to close to get some donuts and I was telling them what they were for. They said you know we’re closing soon why don’t you take all these donuts cause we’re gonna throw them away anyway. It’s people like this that give me hope in them human race. “Just wanted to share that the Tim Horton's location in Pittsford, NY was wonderful. I went in on Sunday got 6 doughnuts and staff was lovely. Then on Monday we came in for a coffee before heading home. I accidently left my purse at this location, and they found it and kept it safe until friends of ours could pick it up and mail it to me. I just want to thank the staff for the assistance, I truly appreciate it!“
