What a terrible experience. The first SCO cashier put in the wrong PLU for my coffee, even after I told him what to type. Then he left to get his card to unlock my register and took awhile to come back. It was an honest mistake, and he apologized for the wait. He was excellent. The actual cashier posted at SCO was a boar. I asked her to void the line item and she didn't seem to know what I meant. Three stars only because they do not offer water refill i.e. water bring your own container and you can refill it like a Glacier service. This is surprising only because they and the rest the state is very conscientious about bringing your own bags and not filling landfill focused.For such a large company, you would think that they would offer refilling water stations with high quality, great-tasting water whenever you need it, even if the store isn't open.
