They initially did get my order wrong I mentioned it to them and they fixed it fast as lightning. When they would have handed my drink back to me it kind of had like coffee on the side and the woman took time to dry it off before handing it to me.

It seems like a no-brainer... But far too often places like this will hand over drinks with beverage all over the side so for her to take the time to clean it off before giving it to me while I'm sick really did make my day.“

We ordered a small cake for my husband and I to cut, and then ordered a variety of minis for our guests. They were the perfect size to get a few different options, and everything was amazing. All night long there were people at the dessert table telling everyone that walked by to try it!“

I came here Saturday morning to get a cheesecake. After reviewing many places, I decided to try out Cheesy Eddie, and their cheesecake does not disappoint me. It’s creamy and not too sweet as other bakery (still a little bit sweet for me, but their sugar level is acceptable). The store is small and a bit hidden. Staffs are friendly. The only thing I wish is the 1lb type could be a bit cheaper. Or I think getting 2lb will be better value“

The customer service they provided was exemplary. I also purchased coffee cake and assorted muffins for other wedding activities. All were appreciated by the bride and groom and our wedding guests. Patience is definitely a virtue here - I'm thinking they're swamped and/or understaffed (it would explain both their response time AND the mistake that had prompted my complaint).“

“Just had these at the Public Market during the food truck rodeo. Easily the best apple cider donut I’ve ever had. And I lived on an apple farm growing up that made these types of donuts fresh everyday lol. Would highly recommend getting them and eating them hot!“

The 1 time i went in for the second time that day i got the pleasure in see their son and he was very helpful. It was a very sweet moment when he jumped up to take my order i was very proud to see he wanted to help out when he felt it was needed i understood him and he understood me KEEP BEING A SWEET AND HELPFUL SON. My bowls are WONDERFUL and more then enough for the price. The bowls are fresh and so are the donuts I have been back 6 times.“

Cut your costs of syrup and the price in half and watch sales sore. Also they need to do something to quicken the process I stood on for half an hour. Have one person take the order and the other person take the money I don't know something like that This isn't rocket science.“
