“Great little bakery, don't miss this place. We stopped by on a whim and got a dozen of the small cupcakes. Only cost $11 so it was a great deal. They had a bunch of different flavors available, including some seasonal ones. The Irish cream were excellent. Chocolate raspberry and mocha cinnamon were also hits. But even the vanilla was good. The cake was moist and the frosting was great. The guy that waited on us was helpful and friendly. It's a small shop but the display case is nice and there were a lot of other pastries I would have wanted to try. We'll be back.“

I enjoyed how quickly I was able to place my order and receive my cookies. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The cookies I ordered were not my favorite flavor wise but I love having quick access now that the Victor location is up and running.“

The owners bring amazing food from their adventures around the world, and it always ends up being a treat. Check the menu, usually posted Monday/Tuesday on Insta and Facebook, and make reservations early if it sounds good!Vegetarian options: While the menu is fixed, and in general there are no substitutions... they make sure to offer vegetarian options on the menu whenever they can. Make sure you let them know ahead of time!Parking: Atlas is tucked away in the middle of a neighborhood. They have a bunch of parking behind the restaurant, and if happens to fill up the streets around generally have parking options available. We've never struggled with parking.“

We got the oatmeal raisin and the chocolate chip cookies. They were both heavenly. In fact the oatmeal raisin cookie was better than any gluten containing oatmeal raisin cookie I've ever had! We also ordered some soup to go. That day they had a bean soup and a lentil soup. When we ate them for dinner we wished we'd ordered a couple extras. If I could give Pastel 10 stars, I would. Anyway, take a look at the ice cream I got from them recently. They source it from a creamery out of Maine called Giffords. And it is by far the most amazing Ice Cream I have had since moving to Victor. Forget all the other ice cream shops on the street, whose ice cream is gummy and cheap tasting. Pastel's ice cream by Giffords is outstanding, high quality, and simply delicious, just like their cookies. Also pictured is my catered tray of cookies I ordered for my office Christmas party. The cookies were a big delicious hit!!!Dietary restrictions: The shop has many flour-free options and have plenty of choices for even the pickiest eaters.Parking: Huge parking in the rear of the building. “OK, I will admit, I have not been to their business location. I know it is basically a warehouse bakery work space. So, it is not a place to sit and dine, but a place to pickup goods and return to your own home to dine. However, I have heard that it is a nice space. In the past, I have gotten their product in two ways. First a wonderful neighbor who kindly purchases us a chicken pot pie when they visit the space. And we get them at the already mentioned Brighton Farm Market. The staff is always kind and very helpful. Their products all taste amazing,--the pastry is perfectly flaky and tasty and the filling is a wonderful mix of sauce, vegetables and chicken. The bake time posted on the package are spot on. GO, GO, GO get these where ever, and consider being kind and sharing one with a neighbor!“
