I was a lil upset at first bc I had a bad day and just wanted some white rice with my meal to snack on later. The white rice hadn’t made it into the bag-honest mistake- but I called more than upset and was rather rude to the young man who answered sadly- not proud of that-, and this sir offered to deliver my white rice to me free of charge. They accidentally gave my dinner order away to another customer with the same first name as me before I arrived to pick it up :( I know mistakes happen but I had kids at home waiting for their dinner and didn't have the time to wait while they re-made my order. The food's always been great here but this really makes me not want to order from them again.

The food is decent for a Chinese place, but our order is NEVER right. We’re always missing something and if we don’t check when we pick it up, we’ll call the store and we won’t get a refund, just “order again, we’ll give you credit.” But they never keep track. We just can’t keep giving this place business.
