I took my 3 kids in for donuts and iced drinks. While getting to my car, I was juggling a large frozen chai, a dozen donuts and my baby in his infant carrier. I dropped my drink, the cup cracked and it went all over the blacktop. Shaylynne (I am sure I spelled that wrong) made me a replacement free of charge. She made my crappy day a whole lot less crappy. Thank you for having compassion for a stressed out Mama of 3!

Dunkin' offers good service, never making mistakes with customers' orders. The bathrooms are typically clean, but the staff at this location actually listen, getting orders right every time. The location is convenient, with friendly staff and quality products. Mobile ordering is available, and staff will happily offer alternatives when out-of-stock items are requested. Food is consistently good, with fast and friendly service at any time of day. The breakfast sandwiches and espresso drinks are well-regarded. The workers here are always so friendly and nice, and even on busy days, they apologize for any longer wait times and get you checked out as quickly as possible. Mr. Bill's employees are very pleasant, and the place is very well kept up, with everybody having a smile on their face.
