I've been going to this location since my move to Palmyra almost 2 years ago. Always great service for walk in orders from every employee there!Drive thru service is awesome!If a mistake is made, everyone is quick to correct and still give a great experience! I'm here revising my review because i feel i wasn't fair or constructive enough, My experience with Dunkin' Donuts has unfortunately been quite disappointing. On multiple occasions, I've observed their employees blatantly ignoring customers to engage in conversations among themselves, which can be frustrating when you're waiting in line for service. Used to be the best DD around. Has taken quite the dive over the past two weeks. Wait times are 4-5 times what they were just a few weeks back. Seems like they suddenly lost several employees. Also seems like certain locals get preferential treatment all of a sudden....
