I've been going to this location since my move to Palmyra almost 2 years ago. Always great service for walk in orders from every employee there!Drive thru service is awesome!If a mistake is made, everyone is quick to correct and still give a great experience! (Give respect, get respect) :)Things that don't affect the employees that I would hope would change one day:The location is small for a drive thru, especially in the busy times of the day.The parking lot is also kinda small. In my opinion this villages Dunkin could capitalize on the dine in experience with a larger location.Much love to this location! Hats of for this Team!Wheelchair accessibility: Buttons are available, semi tight entrance but is more doable than other places!

I'm here revising my review because i feel i wasn't fair or constructive enough, My experience with Dunkin' Donuts has unfortunately been quite disappointing. On multiple occasions, I've observed their employees blatantly ignoring customers to engage in conversations among themselves, which can be frustrating when you're waiting in line for service. Even more concerning is their consistent tendency to get online orders wrong. It's disheartening to place an order through their online platform, only to find that they have repeatedly failed to fulfill it accurately. This lack of attention to detail and customer service is something that Dunkin' Donuts should address to improve the overall experience for their patrons.

Rude staff staff with unfriendly tone over the intercom and twice now was given an attitude from the same female employee when I asked for a receipt for my mobile order.

Two cars ahead of us and this drive-thru took at least 20 minutes.I had to repeat my order 3 times.I was told half of the donuts I asked for were not available.My truck barely made the drive thru turn.The sausage wraps tasted like chemicals.All of my donut order was wrong....I think it's the first negative review I've ever left, but it was such a poor experience, I even remembered to go out of my way the following day to submit it.Turn this dunkin into a small- town donut shop. Be done with it.
Poor parking lot is full of pot holes employees are not very friendly to customers like me or my friends telling me that I deserve to get beat up by John horner has been reported to the Dunkin corporate and not heard from them they need to stop telling customers that they deserve to get beat up or come down to the mt hope Dunkin and talk with them.i want to be there when corporate do come over to Mt hope Dunkin. Told the manager about what happened but she didn't do anything about it and just walked away from me when I was trying to Tell her.if nothing gets done about it then I will go up higher they laugh at me and my friends talk on their cellphone on a job and etc sick and tired of them bullying me and my friends

Almost every day there is a problem today I was served what I got and it was very bad and I asked to see a manager it was the same lady who served me and she Said sever should have looked I told her it was her and she said all I know is I do my job right than I told her well I’m not paying for it she picked up what I was complaining about and left all the other garbage on the table I have trouble every time she is my server I would like to cut the star in peace’s because just 1point would Beto high
