Horrible service but it’s just only one girl that is awful. It’s great service when that person isn’t there and doesn’t mess up orders. Other than that with her being there it’s awful.

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning in Massa New York for the first time in about six months for breakfast with my friends.They seem to be not enough help.Which is a problem today.At 8 o’clock in the morning, there were hardly any donuts available to buy. They had no midnight roast, which was disappointing.They seem to be only caring about the drive-through, and the people that were actually Waiting at the counter to be waited on.When I finally got on and went down to the end of the counter to wait for my food. It seem to be a very overworked manager running the sandwich section. I heard her complain about how she has seven more orders to fill. And she kept repeating. “ I hate this place,. I hate this place,. I hate this place.” as this one employee stood at the window, glaring at me..When she finally gave me the bag with my food It, She called out what it was, and she threw the bag on the counter.It was pretty poor customer service in my opinion overall.Before I left, I asked to speak to her. I spent 47 years as a nurse, so I know all about customer service.As a manager, she was a driver of the ship and it’s her attitude Towards the job determines how the employees working with her are dealing with the day.I explained that you should always do what you enjoy and enjoy what you’re doing first and foremost in life it’s not something that you want to do then you need to leave and finds something she enjoys .Her face turned red being called out about her attitude towards her job, her employees and the customers in the building.It was sad to see someone that upset with her position at Dunkin’ Donuts.She needs to read “FISH”.It was disappointing
Every time I ask for a maple sugar bacon wake up wrap they give me a plain one , 3 times they did this . Garbage service

Good service, never mess up my order. Bathrooms are normally clean. But the dining areas could use a good clean, lots of crumbs in the booth seat cracks. And the floors are pretty dirty could use a good sweep and scrub. Otherwise good location with service and product just needs a little cleaning.

We stopped in for a cup of coffee, which we generally do. There definitely was a need for sweeping the floors, tables being wiped off, cleaning of restrooms, fixing of sink in men's restroom & getting rid of cobwebs in the table/chairs area by ledge area. The whole place needs a thorough cleaning done!!!

Never messed up an order, has always been fast and friendly no matter the time of day! Usually at other Dunkin’s it’s always different from food quality to the wait of food even when ordering ahead. Will always go to this one from now on!

Dont even know how to fill a cup all the way up with coffee. Never EVER make the order right. Constantly messing up orders and trying to make it the customers problem. Strongly do not reccomend to anyone.

I went through the drive through, there was an issue on every item I ordered. Wrong coffee, wrong sandwich, a giant hair on a different sandwich. So disappointed
