Chicken tastes terrible. Second time I tried it. Tastes nothing like ORIGINAL KFC SHOULD BOTH TIMES. THEY should be ashamed. Waited 40 minutes in a six car line for someone to take drive through order. I will never go back again.
Biscuits and coleslaw are great, but the chicken and fries were tough like they were old.
Food was good but its getting too expensive.

KFC offers a fast-paced dining experience with a well-staffed team that handles busy crowds efficiently. The staff, including Rob and Lucas, provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and ensuring a positive experience. The restaurant has seen significant improvements under new management, with a friendlier staff and increased efficiency. Customers have noticed that the food and service are much better than before, and the atmosphere is now more enjoyable with improved music and a clean, chill vibe. The inside dining area is nice, and the decor is cool, making it a good spot for a quick lunch or dinner. The drive-thru can be busy during rush hour, so patience and respect are appreciated. Its location near other stores and a microtel makes it convenient for visitors. The patio with outdoor dining is an added bonus, and many customers recommend this KFC for a good meal in Macedon or nearby.
